위치 좋고 청결합니다. 이코노미 더블룸은 매우 좁습니다. 짐이 많으신 분이라면 힘들 수 있습니다. 샤워룸 배수 상태가 안좋았습니다.

Very nice clean and friendly staff

The hotel is nearly to galataport and it is central.

The staff were great. Theybwere very nice and helpful.

Ventilación en los baños

Location is great. Close to Taksim square, galata tower and galata bridge. Hotel is just across the street from the galata port cruise terminal.

Had a great stay. The location was great and walking distance to many places. They had US ports that saved me to iron my hair. All the staff was very friendly.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Lage ist super zentral.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und alle waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, gut organisiert und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage war optimal – alles war schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed before our cruise. The staff is amazing, in fact one of them helped us with our luggage agents boarded the ship. The room was modern with room darkening coverings. After our long flights we had an excellent night's sleep. On top of that, the hotel is just across the street from the cruise terminal.

Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly . They gave us a room upgrade. Location was perfect.

Service and location were exceptional! The shower was strangely buil, no door and overflowing. Bed linens somewhat could be improved in terms of being breathable. However the hotel staff was amazing and all little inconveniences and discomfort mentioned above are disregarded for the stellar service we were granted . Restaurant on the top floor was amazing. Food, the view, the service-top notch!

Nice hotel nice location nice stuff. This is my third time there and it would not be my last.

Check in by Yigit was super fast and he offered us a room upgrade to a more spacious room. The luggage attendant was very informative. The hotel breakfast was amazing, comparable to cruise ship buffet breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay if you’re boarding or disembarking from a cruise since it’s right across Galataport. It’s a convenient location because in front is a tram and other public transit options. I mainly walked, it’s about an hour walk to main tourist attractions; it sounds far to walk but I feel I experience more of the city this way.

Çok güzel konumda ulaşım çok rahat. Hotel ekini güler yüzlü samimi ve hızlı. Oda çok güzeldi şarj aletinden güzel aydınlatmadı odası. kahve çay ikramı . Yastık menüsü diş fırçasına kadar düşünülmüş özenliydi. Kahvaltıya kalmayacaktık ama iyi ki kalmışız . Bana göre güzel çeşitli lezzetli açık büfe kahvaltı o manzarayla eşsizdi. Teşekkürler
