Room is just fine but the receptionist is not helpful and the hotel main entrance is congested which has no place to turn around.

This hotel made my holiday in Taiwan was super bad. The picture is not real. This is motel, very small and the room far from expectation. The staff was not hospitality at all. The receptionist was very impolite and we can not keep the luggage. He charged us 300 twd/per hour/per luggage. He was very annoying and become our nightmare. Never ever stay in this motel, because there are so many hotels in sun moon lake. You have so many choices. Never made a wrong decision like us. Not this motel!
