주차장이 찾기 어려운거 말고는 좋았었네요 다음 기회 있으면 또 갈 의향 있어요

전반적으로 모두 만족합니다. 차가 견인되었는데 호텔에서 도움을 주었습니다.

Rooms were not cleaned. They did not even change the bed covers for 4 days. Other parts of my stay were very satisfying.

Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado. Quartos espaçosos, bom café da manhã. A piscina é muito bonita.

El hotel está bueno, moderno y limpio. Tiene una buena terraza y una buena piscina. El personal muy atento. Ahora: está en una zona que puede haber ruido en las noches, no queda frente a la playa (hay 1 cuadra de distancia) y lo visitan turistas que van más en plan de fiesta por la zona en la que está. Recomendación: pedir habitación con vista al mar, que es menos ruidoso.

We had a great stay and loved the rooftop pool. Everything was clean, breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices, and the minibar had some free drinks and was stocked every day.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and would absolutely choose this hotel again if we return to Magaluf in the future. The location is excellent - just a two-minute walk from the beach and within easy walking distance of several restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. The hotel has two rooftop pools, which are a great place to relax. When we visited, they were quite busy, but we were still able to find sun loungers without any trouble. The gym is on the smaller side, but it's well-equipped for a full-body workout and was never crowded during our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The buffet offered an incredible variety of both hot and cold options, all of which were fresh and delicious. It was easily one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Magaluf.

Habitación muy cómoda, ubicación con muchos servicios cerca , estacionamiento al lado en un parking aunq pago .

Hôtel, magnifique, avec une piscine incroyable en Rooftop, la chambre hyper spacieuse est bien entretenue. La vue de la chambre était très bien également. Et le top du top c’est le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais fait Maison en majeure partie. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

AC did not work. The reception did not really believe me. So weird. So first night I had to run from room to reception the whole evening. Also said that the manager would call me. He never did. Feels very juvenile on the service area.

Adoramos o hotel, as críticas que gostaríamos fazer são o barulho das funcionárias ao manusear as louças durante o café da manhã e a falta de informação sobre a gratuidade das espreguiçadeiras para os hóspedes na área da piscina. Ao chegarmos perguntei ao rapaz responsável pela distribuição das toalhas sobre a disponibilidade das espreguiçadeiras e ele me indicou a moça que atende no bar, essa me falou que as espreguiçadeiras custavam 50 e 30 euros por pessoa e só as poucas cadeiras de madeira eram gratuitas para os hóspedes, no dia seguinte descobrimos que essa informação não era verdadeira!

El hotel está ubicado como en el medio de una plaza con servicios.La piscina está arriba, muy novedoso.A 1 calle de la playa.Las habitaciones muy cómodas,la mía era amplia dividida en 2 con sillón cama y la habitación aparte. Cama muy cómoda, tiene balcón. Frigo,microondas,pileta tipo cocina.TV podes conectar tu celu.La gente amable. Desayuno adecuado. No paguen pensión completa xq la comida no lo vale en la noche. Un poco de ruido de noche pero no molestaba. Volvería a ir si. El hotel está muy bien. Estacionamiento al lado x 20 euros diarios o gratis en unas calles cercanas . Tiendas x todos lados . Y lugares de comer. Lo recomiendo.

Excellent location in Magaluf which is a great beach town with everything you need around. The main pool on the 5th floor is very nice. The breakfast is also good and convenient.

Buona posizione e struttura moderna, ma pulizia e manutenzione decisamente da migliorare. La posizione è sicuramente un punto a favore: centrale e comoda per spostarsi facilmente. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo con accesso diretto all’hotel è pratico, anche se piuttosto costoso. In alternativa si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle strade vicine. Purtroppo la camera non è stata all’altezza: già all’arrivo non era pulita e abbiamo avuto formiche in bagno e accanto al letto che sono tornate ripetutamente ogni giorno, nonostante la segnalazione in reception e il presunto intervento di “deep cleaning” da parte dello staff delle pulizie. Dopo l’ennesima notte con il problema, abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza, ma ci è stato riferito che non era disponibile per mancanza di camere libere. Altro punto negativo importante è l’insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente: si sentono chiaramente rumori dai corridoi e dalle stanze vicine. Colazione invece ottima, varia e di qualità, sicuramente uno dei punti forti del soggiorno.
