머물기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다. 쇼핑몰과 시장까지 매우 접근이 편리합니다.

We got an amazing room with view to the bridge and other window is to city. Perfect. Staff are so good, room super clean, location is amazing. We will back to stay if we go to cebu again.

Amazing location, great food in the buffet and awesome experience! This is my second time coming in this hotel and will return in One Central again soon for the experience. It's worth the money and would highly recommend:)

Excellent stay. D ako nag expect na maganda sya kasi mura lang. Pero maganda pala. Pag mkabalik kami sa Cebu. One Central Hotel padin kami mag stay very affordable.

We had an amazing stay! Super nice staff, food, room, and facilities. There's also a near mall and grocery store beside the hotel which is very convenient.

Nice room and amenities (small pool and gym). Can be a bit noisy when morning hassle starts downtown. Parking area tight. Awesome breakfast selections and buffet. Good value for money!

We waited for an hour before they let us in since the room wasn't ready yet. I salute the staff for taking care of my needs. They even upgraded our room for a free buffet breakfast without me asking to compensate. Wow, That is customer service! I now understand why it has high customer rating. Good job! I definitely recommend this place! By the way the pool and jacuzzi starts at 8am-8pm and the hotel lobby is at 9th floor. Their lift has access lock to rooms so this property is indeed safe from outsiders

The hotel is very affordable. It has clean rooms and pleasing staffs. We stayed here for 4nights and they accomodate us with our requests as fast as they can. Their rooftop pool with city view is amazing, but the pool was not that clean and not apealing to dip/swim in. They can improve more by cleaning it more often and maybe changing the water if needed. Other than that, everything is great👍🏻

The hotel ambiance is perfect for family vacation, it's clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here. I only observed one thing. The hotel required us a deposit of 1,000 per day upon check in. In our case, its 4000 pesos. I am not aware if this really the policy of the hotel. Upon check out, I observed that other guests who also checked out on that time did not claim any deposit from the reception so I almost forgot to claim our deposit. Good thing,my husband reminded me of the deposit. I have to return to the reception to claim it. It seems the deposit is not really a hotel policy, very selective to other guests. One more thing the deposit was not reflected in their system, hence, if you're forgetful like me, then you just say sorry for your forgetfulness especially if you have to catch up your flight. So in our case, may I recommend for the management to treat their guests fairly. If it's policy then stick to your policy. The guest anyway abide it.Then be sure to input to your system the deposit so that the next receptionist will just check on the system upon check out of the guest.
