Todo perfecto, el hotel está en perfectas condiciones, el personal bien, las instalaciones y la habitación un 10. Se encuentra a un corto paseo del French Quarter, además con Una parada del tranvía justo al lado. Varios parking de pago alrededor, de diferentes precios. Yo usé uno al aire libre sin seguridad a 100 metros, en la misma CANAL ST; y otro cubierto y con cámaras perteneciente a un hospital, unos dólares más caro, pero más seguro. El hotel, un 10

I’d like to give a honest review, but I was actually truly disappointed. The staff is 100% beautiful truly nice staff. On the other hand, the building at night time. I’m so upset. I had to pay an extra $20 for the parking I didn’t read the fine print. And the garbage cans are right outside, so it was stinky.. and on top of that when we got inside our room, it smelled completely like urine. We kept trying to not even think about the smell because by the time we checked in, it was really late at night, so there was little to nothing that we were able to do.. but truly the room smelled completely like urine. Honest review I wouldn’t come here again. I’d probably try a different location and read the fine print. But like I said again, the staff was truly nice very beautiful, but the hotel itself was devastating.

The staff was very pleasant to interact with. The facility was safe and they take EXTRA precaution by having to use your key card in order to access the elevator & the building after certain hours. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. A great place to stay.

Very nice rooftop area for lounging the room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was nice, we was able to have drinks at the bar after coming back from dinner

We had a wonderful time here the staff very pleasant, friendly, informational, courteous our room is very clean. You may have to see some riffraff on the outside, but on the inside excellent.

Services was ver terrible. Hotel wasn’t clean. Very old smell in the hallway. You call for room service and they never show up. Walk to the front desk they standing there on their phones.

Good location, pretty close to anything you want to do without being in the middle of a busy area. Floors in the room were very dirty. Food ran out at breakfast quickly and was not replenished.

you have to pay for everything here. They will not tell u about internet but will charge. You pay 40$ for each day parking. Instead find parking yourself which will be cheaper.

Service was excellent. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff accommodated our exact request for adjoining rooms. Check out simple, and breakfast bar was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay there again myself.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, unser Zimmer (2 Queensizebetten) war angenehm groß und sauber.Sehr gute Anbindung an die weitere Innenstadt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Negativ: 40$ pro Nacht fürs Parken finden wir einfach zu viel, da man aber ja doch sicher Parken möchte zahlt man es halt. Am Parkplatz selbst steht was von 20$ also keine Ahnung wie und wo da jetzt unterschieden oder abgezockt wird.

I like breakfast in the mornings. The room was very clean and cozy. All staffs were friendly.

Parking charges are 20$/day and property charges me 94.6$ for 2 days. Full fraud, careful. Gave us a room with plumbing issue and then moved us to from Spring Hill to Towne Place in same building. Also parking is one block away, overall not a great experience.
