We thought the room was rather small but otherwise very good.

The location was great but the positives stop there. The bed was magically both too hard and too soft - truly the worst bed I've ever slept in. There wasn't anyone at check in, and they didn't tell us about the code to get into the building. Hotels.com handled the situation well but otherwise yikes.

Hotel bien situé pour visiter , par contre ma Chambre était sur la rue qui donne sur un bar donc très bruyant , personnel sympathique , petit déjeuner très correcte à choisir

Hotel molto carino, proprio nel cuore di Cluj. Vicino c'è tutto. Il proprietario parla eventualmente anche italiano ed è molto cordiale. Non ha ascensore, perche nei vecchi palazzi nel centro non è stato possibile metterlo. La colazione è prettamente salata ma molto buona. Sono stata benissimo, dovessi ritornare a Cluj andrei nuovamente li.

The room we had was clean with a clean bathroom as well.Good size bed and very comfy.The big screen tv was a bonus. For a 3 star hotel and not a very large room such thing is rare to find. The receptionist was friendly, polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good and the location is very central.Thank you.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in der Innenstadt, in einer Fußgängerzone und daher ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Nähe schnell zu besichtigen. Wir sind mit Auto gekommen und man muss bedenken, dass man seine Sachen nicht am Hotel ausladen kann. Der nette Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption zeigte uns, wo wir sicher und preiswert parken konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist einfach, war aber war für uns okay.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je venais dans cet hôtel. Situation exceptionnelle au cœur de Cluj, dans la zone piétonne. Ayant cette fois-ci une chambre donnant à l’arrière, aucun bruit ne dérangeait. Literie très confortable. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu décevant (pain emballé dans du cellophane, fruits en boîte, ), mais reste correct. Par contre, il devrait être servi de 8.00 à 10.00, et un matin, nous sommes descendus à 9.45 juste pour un café, mais il n’y avait plus personne et la machine à café était vidée et éteinte… c’est en gros le seul reproche que j’ai….

This small hotel is located in a perfect location to explore Cluj Napoca's historic city. Fast internet; comfortable bed; super clean; HOT water...this is a reliable and affordable place. Fourth time staying here and it is always reliable. Thank you, Fullton! :-)

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They usually serve breakfast from 8 am but on my last day I had to leave early, so they arranged everything and I could have breakfast very early in the morning, at 7:15 am. The area is just perfect, in the city center, walking distance to many points of interest. The bathroom was new and clean. The room was ok but a bit dusty and the carpet could definitely use some cleaning, if not replacement. Otherwise all good, I would go back with other occasion.

Avoid this place! If you want to stay in a place with horrible conditions where things are falling apart, where staff when you are asking for a bottle of water that you want to pay for it is telling you yo go in rain three blocks then use Fulton. They gave usthe WRONG room and a different room that what I booked. Shame on you Fulton. Expedia should take of its website this property. This is not a hotel, not even a motel.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Cluj. Hôtel sympa, chambres spacieuses. Les matelas sont trop mous et les lits bougent. Dans notre chambre, il fallait enjamber les wc pour atteindre le lavabo et la douche, mais ce n’est finalement pas si grave. Point négatif pour le petit-déjeuner qui n’était pas frais (moisi sur du pain emballé, beurre rance)

From start to finish we really enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and tidy as featured on the website, the shower was great with free showergel. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just what was needed in a morning before we set off exploring. We had a room overlooking the streets which was lovely view especially at night with all the lights. Super gelegen Sauber Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Great location near Old Town easy acess to everything. Only complaint was no tea or coffee station downstairs for getting your own pre dawn cuppa. Maybe the hotel could provide one in the future.
