Excellent stay, clean and amenities all great!! Location excellent and management very happy and out of their way to help with our requests!!! Overall an excellent place to stay!!!!

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, don't bother staying here. The list of rules is extensive, they take your credit card details (twice!), charge a huge bond (that I didn't get back for 10 days afterwards), there's extra charges for everything ie. left a dish unwashed, didn't strip a bed, didn't clean rubbish bin. Our fun trip away was left spoiled due to the list of rules and penalties. If you are looking forward to getting away from home and relaxing, forget it. You will spend more time cleaning and tidying up after yourself here than at home. The house is lovely and we would have had an enjoyable time, if we weren't on edge about touching, breaking, using anything inside. We were pleased to leave so we could relax. Next time we will just book into a hotel and give places like this a wide berth.
