The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast are great and with enough privacy. The onsen facilities were also enjoyable. The only drawback is that there isn’t a convenience store nearby. In general, this is a great hotel but only for road trip travelers.

職員很友善環境很舒服。適合去度假 飲食很豐富。有獨立房間吃早餐。但有部分樓層沒有電梯需要留意。

房間很棒，我第一次住塌塌米房，海景風景又好，晚餐跟早餐也很好吃，工作人員服務也很親切熱情。

Sea view room. Excellent dining experience. Onsen is so nice. Highly recommend.

客房大又靚，食物正常無驚喜，年青職員正常服務，沒有溫泉旅館送客禮儀

Did not use either the pool nor spa as we arrived quite late. We used the private open air bath, which was pleasant. The building is very old and our room on the lower level had a very musty smell covered by excessive camphor. The reception is on the 6th floor, and our room was on the first floor - very strange, with no elevator going to the lower levels. It made for a difficult and awkward descent and climb for me, as I have respiratory problems. While breakfast was generous, we found the price to be quite steep for a ryokan with no dinner included. The place is isolated, and we were told not to go out at night due to the presence of wild dogs.

夕飯・朝食ともとても美味しくいただきました。お風呂もの気持ち良かったです。館内はやや古さを感じ、迷路みたいに迷ってしまうこともありましたが、綺麗にされていました。ありがとうございました。

從其他住客評價知悉房間較舊，初時有點担心，但入住後覺得並不差，家具可能有點舊，但最重要是房間整潔，員工態度友善，會盡可能提供協助。酒店位置很好，距離機場不遠，附近頗熱鬧，有食店、按摩店及手信店等等，感覺很方便。有泳池及沙灘，還有獨木舟可以限時免費借用。若有機會再到富國島，也會考慮再入住。

とにかく古いね。写真に騙された感じです。横と上からも相当な音漏れ歩くと揺れるなど。あり得ないです。

母の誕生日祝いで伺いました。ご飯も美味しいし接客も良いし部屋も綺麗で落ち着くし、とてもいい旅館でした。また機会があれば伺いたいです。

温泉，服务，膳食都很棒

周圍環境比較靜，自駕遊較合適。電梯有寫住客名字的小紙條，好溫馨，日落時女湯看到的景色十分美麗，對正日落和大橋，很愛這個溫泉。男女湯旁邊有個小游泳池，適合親子娛樂。酒店有提供免費的咖啡和茶，lounge有按摩椅，我訂的是有附早餐的，好喜歡早餐的自家製berry乳酪，我飲了兩大杯！

房間景色不俗，唯獨酒店房間有點舊，其他還可以接受，早晚餐食物豐富、好吃。

夕食時のスタッフが非常に良かった。なかなかあのレベルのコンシェルジュには出会えない。と言うか悪い点が見当たらない。また、部屋の露天風呂が最高です。今回は受験生の息子を置いて来ましたが次回は家族4人で絶対に来たいです。今までで1番の宿に出会えました。ありがとうございます。明日の朝食が楽しみです。

夜ご飯、朝ご飯両方美味しすぎます。 特に、しらすです！
