Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier calme, assuré, facile d'accès (3 min de la gare Transilien, 10 min jusqu'à La Défense). Je recommande vivement de rester à cet hôtel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the room was great. We enjoyed the coffee/breakfast area to hang out and relax. Our room could have been vacuumed better, but overall we were very pleased with our stay and would return in the future. Highly recommended!

The value did not match the price. One major issue was that the room did not have air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. I got cooked in there. This information was not sufficiently clear when booking. While the staff were courteous, I would not choose this hotel again given the cost and lack of basic amenities. Potential guests should confirm whether air conditioning is available before booking.

Un hôtel sous le thème de la parfumerie. Magnifique avec la possibilité d'acheter des senteurs. L'hôtel est plutôt bien décoré avec un très bon petit déjeuner, une chambre propre.

C'est la première fois que je vois une chambre de Mercure aussi petite... mais c'est aussi la première fois que je vais dans un Mercure en région parisienne. Sinon, tout le confort était là, et petit déjeuner très bien.

Overpriced for what it offers and definitely more of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. The room was clean but not very spacious. The entrance was quite deceiving compared to the photos—much simpler and underwhelming. Breakfast lacked variety, though the staff were friendly. Overall, an okay stay but not worth the high price.

Très bon accueil. La chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité.

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer extrem klein geschnitten und hellhörig. Badezimmer schwach ausgestattet.

Pros: So quiet. Best sleep. Opening window. Great air con. Kettle and coffee maker in room. Hairdryer in room. Comfortable bed. Peaceful. Safe area. 24/7 hot drinks in lobby/water fountain. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel itself is amazing but we checked out on the 08 of June till now we haven’t received our 200€ deposit not yet.
