Hotel was clean and rooms were standard. Breakfast was dismal. When we got there at 8:00 there was no milk, sausages looked like paper and no other options really. Very sad for paying over $160 for a room. Would suggest beefing up the breakfast and ensuring it is fully stocked.

Beds are so old and soft- spring in backs, tv doesn’t work, shower taps not good.. but had really soft towels.

Toilet was cracked, broken slider on window, walls dirty, staff screeching with each other in breakfast area and hallways.

I know the hotel allows pets. I never asked if the room I was assigned to was a pet free room. Woke up the next morning all stuffed up from allergies. There was nothing obvious. So a big heads up. Ask first about pets and which rooms are pet free. They say every room is thoroughly cleaned. Someone in house cleaning isn’t doing their job.

Breakfast was cold (even though it was in warmers), selection was minimal.

No amenities, breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was not good. Other than than stay was great, staff were great, rooms were clean.

I stayed 3 nights and the TV was out all 3 night and was still out by the last morning. No staff informed me upon checking in, they new it was out because I called front desk and was casually told it was out. Also got ice from the ice machine and it was dirty, thick black goop came out with the ice...GROSS

My room needs a new desk chair. Squeeky and leans to one side and keeps falling slowly back to the lowest position.

Only Luke warm water for shower. Tub doesn’t hold water for bath. Needs the plug replaced.

I found the neighbours were quite noisy but other than that- nice room. Staff were lovely and gym was decent.
