We stayed in room no.1(small cosy room)the room was small had a nice comfy bed nice ensiute spotless clean, Dave was very helpful at breakfast with ideas of were to visit, the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. This guest house is in a superb location right in the centre of betws-y-coed, car park at the rear was a bit small but okay. If we visit this area again i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful location, very close to some stunning walks and plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Property owner Dave very welcoming and accomodating. Would highly recommend a visit

We had a wonderful stay! Easy self-service check in and clean, cosy and comfortable bedroom and ensuite. In a perfect location just a short walk from the local pubs, restaurants and shops in Betws-y-Coed. Dave was a great host and breakfast was lovely! Hope to return again :)

Amazing selection of breakfasts all of excellent quality. Parking very good and situation perfect for exploring the local area. Dave and Becky were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful with a full knowledge of what to do and where to eat. The perfect stay.

Ample parking at rear and walkable distance to town. Good internet speeds and the breakfast was generous in portions and excellent quality. The owner is always up for a chat in the morning at breakfast with friendly advice on the days plans or just to talk weather. The rooms are on the small side and there are stairs to contend with so just take up an overnight bag from the car and you will be fine and avoid swinging cats in the bathroom

Host really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable.. Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep. Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10

Great host offered ideas of places to visit and things to do, beautiful setting, nice room with great bathroom. Easy parking, lots to do.

Lovely hotel , perfect location and excellent breakfast

Unfortunately I was unable to properly experience the town and accommodation as I broke my wrist on the first evening on my way back to the property. Our host was very helpful and directed us to Bangor A&E. Hopefully will have the opportunity to go back.

Great place to stay. Good location and even better breakfast

Very impressed with Summer Hill, location was excellent right on the main walking routes and still close to town. Dave was welcoming, breakfast was lovely, room was clean and had everything we could have needed. Free parking was also a bonus - our room was spacious with a huge bathroom, really nicely decorated and the shower was amazing.

Very nice place to stay

Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay

Excelente, uma das melhores hospedagens que já tivemos no Reino Unido. A localização è excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso com variedade de comida e tudo muito saboroso, quarto limpo e extremamente confortável, equipado com tudo o que se faz necessário. Banheiro limpo, chuveiro muito bom. A simpatia do anfitrião e cuidado com os hóspedes também faz a diferença.

A lot of cobwebs in the room. No welcome pack, instructions, information in the room when we arrived which would have been useful when no staff around when we arrived. Breakfast choice was good, and despite the cobwebs, the room was clean and well appointed and we felt safe.

Second time staying here and will return. So calming and peaceful just tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk to the main part. Rooms are lovely, clean and beds are so comfy. Host is welcoming and informative and the breakfast provided is spot on.

Fabulous stay in this lovely quirky guest house. Lots of lovely touches and really nice freshly cooked breakfast. Beautiful spot about 5 mins walk from the main centre so nice a quiet whilst still being a stones throw from restaurants and bars etc. on site parking available which is always a bonus.
