전체 평가 및 리뷰 Pestana Porto - A Brasileira, City Center & Heritage Building

룸컨디션 좋고 직원들의 응대도 좋았어요~ 위치는 환상적이었구요~조식도 매일 조금씩 바뀌고 식당 직원들은 정말 친절하고 배려심이 넘쳤답니다~ 후회하지 않을 선택이 되실꺼에요~^^

호텔 체크인 시간이 오후3시 인데 오전 10시쯤 도착하여 얼리체크인을 했는데 추가요금 없이 친절하게 응대 해 주시고 룸 업그레이드까지 해 주셔서 잊지못힐 편인한 여행이 되었습니다. 호텔 직원분께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 이 호텔은 위치도 너무 좋고 소음도 없이 조용했으며 룸컨디션 또한 너무 좋았습니다.

직원 모두 굉장히 친절하고, 시설도 훌륭합니다. 위치도 상벤투역 바로 앞이라 편리하구요. 아, 딱 한가지, 수압이 조금 약합니다.

완벽합니다. complimentary 물이 박당 있는 것이 아니라 전체 숙박 일정에 2개인 것 딱 하나가 흠..

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels around Europe. We had a pretty good view from our room. The location of the hotel is quite far from the Ribeira (but Porto is a relatively small town so everything is within walking distance). The restaurant at the hotel has great lunch deal so check it out. The only down side was when the staffs at the front desk made the mistake of charging us twice and cancelling one without letting us know. As international transactions take longer to get a refund, their mistake caused a great deal of inconvenience.

Great location for walking around Porto. Breakfast had good variety and tasty. Wait staff was friendly, especially Ana. Luis, at front desk, had great suggestions, and made us several reservations. He made our time well spent!

The outdoor Arquitecs of the building was nice, but they need to improve the beds. Because they were vey hard and we comment right away but they only send comforters to place under the Sheets wish did not make any difference. Apparently this is an ongoing complain they have Aside from that location was great, breakfast was execellent, staff very professional and helpful.

Loved this hotel close to historic center of beautiful Porto. The breakfast was delightful. Beautiful hotel and dining room. Bit of street noise but otherwise comfortable and clean. Room was spacious. Staff extraordinary.

Well appointed rooms with warm and friendly staff. The Hotel Breakfast was decent and at a reasonable price. Given that is a eco friendly hotel some ammenities were not at the levels of other 5 star hotels but that is to be expected. Great location too.

A very good hotel in a great location in a quieter area with easy access to the city and Sao Bento station. Excellent selection of food at breakfast.

Hotel, staff, amenities, and everything was really nice. Great location as well. The only suggestion I would have is that they hose down their outside patio each morning before opening as both days we sat for lunch, the table and chairs smelled like pee from people at night after the bars

It was very good located and we were able to visit all in just a short walking distance
