The location is excellent between the airport and the old city. The service and reception were 10/10, and he is the most important element of the place. He was extremely respectful and kind, and his name is (Abdul). The house is old and the rooms need a lot of renovation, as do the furnishings (bed and towels), for example. The heating was also bad.

Fabulous host Abdul is a gem. Villa is perfect for visiting Marrakesh.

Ce riad pourrait être top car proche de la médina mais il est laissé à l'abandon par un propriétaire qui ne fait pas grand chose, cet établissement a besoin de rénovation a tous les niveaux, Cependant nous avons fait une très belle rencontre, l'homme de maison, Abdul, qui s'efforce de satisfaire les clients malgré le manque de soutien flagrant du propriétaire. D'une gentillesse et d'un dévouement incroyable, toujours présent à n'importe quel heure. Un grand monsieur et une très belle personne qui nous apporte toutes ses connaissances pour bien visiter Marrakech

Booked an expensive room but got a cold dinghy one for a couple hours until staff realized they put me in wrong room..

Inside was stone cold. Abdul kept the curtains and shutters closed. I think he was hiding from someone. He was creepy.. We opened the bedroom shutters/ windows to allow sunshine/warmth midmorning. He had told me not to open them. Why?? Dirt/cobwebs behind the cabinet and garbage under the bed. I lifted it while he swept. He had no mop. The security man was a gentleman. I wish the owners well with their business. I prefer to talk to Rafik/Owner personally about Abdul's actions.

Many years ago Gramtahouse was probably a nice place to stay. Now it is tired, dirty, in need of maintenance and decoration and is not fit for purpose. No breakfast was offered which is unheard of in Morocco. Add to this the fact that the "hotel" is far from anywhere, including anywhere to obtain anything to eat or drink. The photo's on the website were obviously taken many years ago because it looks nothing like that now. I complained to the owner Rafik and told him that I had paid far too much for what was offered to me and he agreed to refund some of the money I had paid. He never did this of course. These people are dishonest scam artists who should be avoided at any cost.

I’m so sorry to say that but we were so disappointed, this place so dirty and air conditioner was not working tv was not working and the place so cold. This place is not recommended at all 😔

Villa was very clean and the host was very accommodating. Had a very traditional setting and was located in the city centre. Definitely recommend.

The villa is in the centre of Marrakesh it was very clean and was easy to get around. Me and my family enjoyed it as We got to experience the culture as the Villa was very traditional and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend

Nice house, but rooms clearly require renovation. Also, the room was dirty (lot of dust) upon arrival. They also charged higher tourist tax without providing any supporting evidence. The houskeeper was however nice and helpful

Sengen var god . Akkurat nok varmt vann til en ordentlig varm dusj for meg. Veldig hjelpsom husvert . Tror han kunne fikset hva som helst du hadde trengt. Akkurat litt for langt å gå inn til der det skjer ting om man er det lenge. Men helt topp for f.eks 3dager

Our host Abdul was fantastic and could not do enough for us. The guesthouse is has amazing decor and Abdul was available 24hrs which really helped us when we were out and about late. The guest house is away from the city but there are a few restaurants 12 mins walk as well as a cash machine.

This hotel is like straight out of a horror movie. The receptionist will try to beat you up if you don’t follow his instructions, the rooms are dirty and the toilets are filthy.

Overall stay was good with family. Property is in very peaceful area and around 15 minutes from Kasbah. Abdul being caretaker was very friendly and cooperative.

The host was very kind but Wifi was very slow and the location was a little away from city center and Medina.

This is an amazing property. I traveled in Morocco for three weeks and had some rather challenging stays at Hotels and AirBnB's. This was my last night and I needed a place close to the airport. When I arrived it was spectacular and made me want to stay for longer. The gardens are incredible, the view form the deck is awesome, and the location is perfect! Highly recommended! Oh, also, the man who met me at the entrance was an excellent host and speaks great English. Super wonderful guy!

Beautiful villa, was very traditional and located in the city centre so me and my friends were able to get around quickly, the host was so kind and hospitable we were able to contact him 24/7 really made our experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience the culture
