This property made my holiday, from the location to the facilities and the staff. The staff deserve 10 stars, they were so accommodating in every aspect and were so lovely, especially Maria, she is a gem! I will never forget my stay at this place. 5 star isn’t enough !

Conforming stars and price.

An absolutely lovely hotel with excellent staff who speak great English and are very accommodating. We left by car at 2pm - a car they happily arranged at a fair price. When we came to check out they asked if wanted to keep the room till 2 which they are happy to do as long as there is no immediate booking for that room. This allowed us time to rent a scooter and have a final trip around the area as we could freshen up when we got back. The rooms are beautiful and the surroundings are gorgeous. I walked 15 miles the day after just walking through the countryside, walking through rice paddies and having a great time. During very busy holiday seasons it can be a little difficult to get into Yangshuo - about 30-45 minutes because there is only one road. However you can rent a scooter and cover the distance faster and we just had the driver drop us at the edge of the city and walked to the areas - about a 20 min walk. Excellent trip we will be back very soon!

Very secluded but extremely beautiful! Close to caves

Charming hotel with friendly staff. The lady at reception helped us to book show tickets, arrange transfer and excursions. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast good.

We were greeted by our personal attendant, and immediately brought a cup of herbal tea for the check-in process. The entire property has a spa-like feel to it, and I was ready to instantly relax. Such a wonderful location near the river.

The hotel is great, clean, with good service. The food is good and not too pricey. The hotel grounds are very pleasing, with the river and mountains right by the pool. The surroundings of the hotel are less charming, but you don't see it from the hotel, only on your way to the hotel. Be advise that this hotel is in a restricted access for vehicles during the day, so you have to rely on their own drivers during the day. The calm setting and comfort of this hotel will make up for this logistical detail, especially in contrast to the very active city of Yongshuo.

Zuerst das Negative: äh, also, da fällt mir jetzt gar nichts ein. 😊 Die Lage ist, wenn man es so mag wie wir, traumhaft ruhig. Direkt am Fluss, mitten im Naturpark. Anschließend nur noch Dschungel und Natur. Mit dem Taxi aber dennoch günstig zu erreichen. Somit aber auch kein chinesischer Massenandrang. Einfach herrlich. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist selbst für europäische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich und top. Sehr freundliches Personal und die beiden Mädels an der Rezeption sprechen nicht nur ein gutes Englisch sondern sind auch bei Ausflügen behilflich. Wichtig; super gutes Westfrühstück mit hervorragenden Kaffee. Die Fotos sind aktuell und vollumfänglich korrekt. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern im 3. Stock herrlich.

a wonderful relaxing place. You need a car to access is, but it is well worth it and a real retreat from the hectic atmosphere of Yangshuo

There are a number of different inns around Yangshuo, but we were glad to have chosen the Apsara Lodge from the moment we arrived. Our charming hostess, Fei Fei, made us feel right at home, right away, and the rooms/grounds are gorgeous. The lounge area is beautiful, and a woman was there to serve tea every evening while we read and played games. The pool and patio area are lovely, but bring your mosquito repellant, because the river runs right outside the inn and they get going after dark.

We loved a lot this lodge . The staff is extremely kind and friendly , always willing to help you and some of them speak English . The decoration of the hotel and room have made with taste. Nothing to change !!!! Perfect for western standard. The restaurant food is delicious including local dishes and western dishes. The location is just stunning with the river and mountain view. This lodge is perfect for couple retreat or family holiday. I will go again without any doubt.
