기대를 많이 했었는데, 룸 사이즈, 화장실, 욕실 등이 사용하기에 너무 불편했습니다. 직원들 친절도는 매우 좋았습니다. 가격대비 숙박이 너무 불편했습니다.

주차 편리하고, 가루이자와 거리에 바로 있고, 직원들 매우 친절하고, 조식 진짜 엄청나게 맛있고, 조용하고, 편하게 쉴 수 있는 최고의 료칸 입니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 온천이 없고, 노천탕도 없고, 일반 대중탕 하나 있다는거..매우 아쉬웠어요..

오래된 건물이지만 관리가 잘되어 있고 스태프들도 매우 친절합니다. 조식과 석식을 포함하여 예약하였는데 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 석식은 가이세키라 잘 나오리라 기대했는데 조식도 다양하고 좋았습니다. 다만 방이 좁고(우리는 성인 3명이었는데 2명이면 괜찮을것임) 온천탕이 작고 노천탕이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

This was simply the best and most lovely hotel stay in Japan ever and I have traveled there many times. The staff are so incredibly kind - it is overwhelming. The rooms are old-fashioned but quaint. The location is fantastic - at the end of the road so nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely - highly recommended. If you're using Google Maps to get there - take a cab from the train station and don't bother with the bus. It's only 1300 yen and so worth it. Absolutely loved this place and will most definitely go back!

部屋も館内も歴史を感じる良さが素晴らしく、とても清潔で快適に過ごさせてもらいました。スタッフの方達も皆親切で優しく、朝食も最高でした。子供達もまた泊まりたいと喜んでいます。素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらいました、ありがとうございました。

Nothing special. Regular 3 star hotel. Breakfast fully booked, dinner fully booked that what we found out after making a room reservation. Small old rooms with tiny bathroom. Not cheap for what you get. Location is good.

歴史の風格の中で清潔感とスタッフの高いホスピタリティ、モチベーションを感じた。また言うまでも無く、ロケーションは旧軽井沢銀座沿いの最高な立地条件で、共同の浴場も大変良かった。

Had an authentic Japanese ryokan experience. We opted for the Japanese style bedding with half board. So the complete tatami mats, sliding shoji doors and futton bedding. Dinner was Kaiseki, and fugu was on the menu, simply amazing! Staff is also very nice and polite. I definitely highly recommend Tsuyu Ryokan!

ロビーの雰囲気や展示物もゆっくりじっくり見たくなるような旅館でした。

旅館の前の通りは人通りが多いので、車だと行きづらい。 不満はそのくらいで、旧軽井沢を散策するにはちょうど良い立地だし、ご飯も美味しくて大満足です。

A hotel with rich cultural heritage, elegantly and uniquely decorated, offering attentive and thoughtful service. The hot springs are clean and refreshing, and there is a laundry and drying room available. I have already recommended it to my friends.

雪のせいか部屋のテレビが観られなくなりました

入住前聯絡都會儘速回覆，住宿期間的服務相當貼心，房客的請求都會盡可能滿足。 早晚餐非常讚，有很多在地料理，訂房時傳達飲食習慣的話，會配合調整菜色。 房間很有老溫泉旅館的感覺，但是廁所之類的設施都有經過改修，很新很乾淨。 溫泉浴場不大，沒有露天浴池，可是泉質很好，泡完皮膚會滑溜滑溜的。 旅館在舊輕井澤商店街的盡頭，周邊不會過於吵雜，觀光又相當便利。
