I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! The rooms were amazing, pools were great, location was awesome. We will definitely be back!

The room was incredibly dirty and smelled bad. The floors had spots all over the place. There was mold in the showers. It was truly disgusting. I told the front desk and was told there were no rooms available so there wa nothing they could do about it. At bare minimum they should have had the room cleaned.

Property was very nice.

Room was nice and was as portrayed in the pics.

We stayed in the Villas A&B unit which “B” is a separate conjoining room which was great because it has its own full kitchen and entry door to get in, which my daughter and husband utilized when coming back late and not waking us up making noise trying to make a late night snack in our kitchen, LOL. My only personal gripe would be to request a downstairs corner unit next to a bbq pit😁 other than that, the family and I had a great time staying here (3-nights) and are planning our next visit already!

This stay was excellent, the room was clean and updated. There was plenty to do, lots of activities for the kids, and lots of local activities within 30 minutes. The Villa was excellent, it had a washer and dryer, and the scenery was beautiful. There was a place to cook supper so we could save money on food. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed for one night. Our stay was pleasant, hotel very good but we were told that they will give us a day pass for the next day and at check out the staff was very rude and told us they never give day passes, only to members who have ownership she made us feel like we were begging or asking for something that initially they offer to give us. Definitely bad and unpleasant check out experience.

The presidential facility was so nice and comfortable, and we had our own privacy and it was just a lot of fun all around!

Need to improve cleaning on rooms , halls and ladders and hand rails and balconies

Good location, staff greeted us, friendly and accommadating. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen

I like the fact everything was clean. The pool needed some TLC but other then that it was wonderful.

It was a great vacation for us. Our kids had a good time.

Our stay was great aside from the first room we were given smelled of smoke so bad you could smell it before even opening the door. The front desk was going to have the room treated to rid the smell but we requested to change rooms it was so awful. They did so but we ended up having to move to a new building with the room on the third floor and a broken elevator. The new room was clean but definitely could have been cleaned better at least no smoke smell. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities offered were great!

It was great however there were some areas that could have been a little cleaner. Like main bath and under couch needed to be swept. We only know about couch because we dropped something and it rolled under it. lol. But we loved the facilities and the registration area with all the games and activities.
