Room is clean, foods are good and all their staff are friendly and accommodating. Will be back for sure.

They had an issue with my reservation name making my check in really unexpected since I have to wait for around 45mins 😐 But then, the hotel was good.

호텔에 있어서 청결과 좋은 서비스에 매우 민감한 사람으로서, 홀리데이 인에 10점 만점에 10점을 주고 싶습니다. 저는 호텔을 고를 때 항상 미니멀리즘을 첫 번째 기준으로 삼는 편입니다. 그리고 우아함은 두 번째 기준이죠. 홀리데이 인은 실망시키지 않았다고 자신 있게 말씀드릴 수 있습니다. 모든 분들이 따뜻하게 맞아주시고, 미소로 맞아주셨어요! 체크인을 도와주신 친절하고 예쁜 한나 씨는 정말 친절했습니다. 음식도 서비스만큼이나 훌륭했어요! 꼭 다시 갈 거예요 💓

The room is clean. The staff are very accommodating.

Our stay was value for money and room was good. However, we don't know if its due to the rain but there's some noise of dripping water outside and the shower needs some repair. We have brought it to management attention already but otherwise, our stay is excellent.

The only unsatisfactory is the in-room food service. We ordered a Banana Split one evening and we received 3 small pathetic scoops of your typical grocery ice cream and a banana split horizontally into two. No whipped cream nor sprinkles. Surprisingly. The buffet breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel location is easy to find. The room has a relaxing ambience and staff are welcoming 👍

Hi Holiday Inn! There's a problem with your Air Conditioning Unit ! We cannot sleep due to uncomfortable room temperature. We requested to address the problem, three times, that your engineering team told us to wait for the ACU to recover but still no improvement. We tried to open the window to get cool breeze from outside but the problem now is the noise coming from passing vehicles. It is so stressful, that we cannot get our rest with your hotel room being uncomfortable! We also requested for an e.fan but you cannot provide that also. We are tired from travelling going here, We deserve to get our full rest! f we only knew this will happen. 😡😡😡😡

Excellent overall experience. The staffs are very accommodating. Great tasting food.
