not really good

The staff were kind and responsive.There was construction going on on the floor I was on. The "breakfast" is just bread cereal and coffee and the OJ is orange drink. Ok place to stay for a single guy but not a place to take your family.

Pleasant stay for local night out. Parking was available on the street. I was accommodated early check in which was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available.

The windows were dirty. Tile was loose. Price was good for area.

Quiet

Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed the space of our room. Currently getting ready to rebook our next stay here coming from Toronto :)

Service is very nice. A little hard to find parking but convenient area.

I liked that it was a short walk to the subway station, but the sheets weren’t clean, the room was extremely small and very outdated. The breakfast wasn’t good either with limited options. Location was great to access public transportation and staff was very nice, but the area isn’t nice at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place

They wouldn't allow me to do a late checkout for the person I reserved a room for (who was dealing with stage 4 brain cancer), and instead gave me one option of paying for an extra night. I called multiple numbers at Quality Inn and nobody helped. I will never book with you again if I can help it.

the girl at the check in was awesome. I was a little worried about the neighborhood, but it was fine. i would stay there again.

Excellent hotel

The staff was excellent, and check-in was easy. My only issue was that there was hair that wasn't mine all over my bed, under the covers, and in the bathroom.

Our experience was perfectly adequate for a relatively inexpensive hotel in Brooklyn.

Pookie my TV didnt work. Like the staff was nice and the breakfast was average. But like broski i didnt spend all that money not to get full amenities i paid for.

This was a cheap and convenient hotel to the Brooklyn Cruise Port as I had to fly in a day early for the cruise. It was only a stay of eight hours from registration to departure to the port.

One problem I had the toilet bowl is very small not made for someone over 200 pounds. Like someone like 110 pounds

Over all a good place to stay of you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. I stayed here during my trip to run the New York City Marathon. Early morning train access to the Staten Island ferry played an important roll in my decision to stay here. There's a nice park on the water a few blocks away. It's peaceful. This is my second time staying here for a running event. The whole area feels safe at night. It's a block away from the train station.
