Il y avait un problème avec la douche. Mais ça a été bien géré. Petit déjeuner ok mais la salle est trop petite. Sinon c'est bien pour la proximité avec le chateau de Versailles pour voir les fontaines la nuit et rentrer zen à pied.

Chambres qui méritent un rafraîchissement mais ok par rapport aux prix sur la période comparativement aux autres établissements. Localisation parfaite. Chateau ville tout à pied. Petit déjeuner correct.

Very convenient location in the centre of Versailles, just a few minutes walk from the Palace and Gardens. Bathroom was a bit small, but they often are in city centre holels and it's not really a complaint, just an observation. Secure Parking available on site for 20 Euro per 24 HR. If you're visiting Versailles, or don't want to stay in central Paris (just 25 mins away by train and the station is opposite the Ibis) then it's a great hotel. Staff were great and the breakfast was good too.

All staff was professional, helpful and pleasant.

It was great! Easy check-in. We were able to store bags before check in time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Best of all, the location was very convenient to both Chateau and downtown market areas. Perfect!

The service at check in was fantastic! Temu (I believe that is his name) was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable! The room was clean and offered everything we needed! The only problem for us was a lack of accessible parking.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, this hotel is an ideal base when visiting the Chateau at Versailles. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the chateau and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. It is close to a train station. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a lift. There is a bar/ cafe in the lobby where a good breakfast is available at a reasonable price.
