I had a very comfort stay in Sheraton. Special thanks to Ms.Gowthamy bcos of her I had a pleasant stay with my baby.The room was clean and it was good to stay with 2years baby in a garden view by observing the ants with the curious the staff was kind and polite I shall visit again

Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty dishes. The beach was clean too, though we could not spend much time at the beach due to high tide. There were appropriate signboards for safety purposes. Overall the stay was amazing!

Awesome experience, Everything was great. Restaurant manager Krishna is very helpful. Overall it was a good relaxing family trip.

Overall stay was positive , rooms were clean , hope swimming pool in the villa/cottage had better maintainance the beach access was good but the surrounding area was not ideal

Overall good experience

I generally don't leave a review. But this prompted me to. Marketing photos looks glitzy and glamorous, but reality is very different the service, food, property upkeep is sub par and underwhelming at best.

We stayed here for four days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we checked in very late—around 2 AM—the receptionist warmly welcomed us and personally escorted us to our room. All our requests were handled promptly and with care. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets daily, which had an impressive spread of multi-cuisine options including Mediterranean, South Indian, North Indian, and Italian dishes. The variety of desserts was especially delightful. Special hi-fi to a friendly guy and Dhareesh, who took care us personally. Evening high tea by the beach was a lovely touch, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained, with a staff member present—similar to a lifeguard—ensuring everyone’s safety. Shout out to my masseuse Aliana. The pool was clean and inviting, and the children’s play area was nicely set up. We also tried the spa massage, which was truly rejuvenating. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

Service beyond expectations, friendly welcoming and helpful

Reserved 2 queen bedroom, got two twin beds. Tad uncomfortable. Front desk was extremely difficult to communicate with. WiFi was not easy either. Needed two levels of help which front desk was unable to grasp. We loved our stay there 6 months ago. This time, was no picnic and not as relaxing. The food and service at restaurants were excellent.

The stay was very good. The ambience was perfect. A special shoutout to Chef Ravi and Shradha for taking care of all our small needs and requests. We will definitely revisit the resort again in future.

Good to stay with family

This was our first time in India! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and checked in on us regularly. They even helped us coordinate with the airport when our baggage was lost! The room was bright and airy and clean! They provided ample water in the room and replenished it each day! We visited the restaurant several times and it was delicious every time. The spa was relaxing and lovely, we got massages.if we needed a taxi they helped us get one, even from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived via e-mail! Overall they made us feel very welcome in a new place! Thank you, Malika & Nithin for all of your help throughout our stay!

Sheraton stay was lovely and special for a lot of reasons!! Although the beachfront rooms are not a thing here, kids would love this property - it has a gorgeous lawn for kids to play and nice outdoor play area! My 4 year old and 1 year old had lots of fun here. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable all the time. Food was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this property for families especially with toddlers / younger kids.

My family was happy with the hospitality!

Very nice staff members, great food in restaurants, comfortable bet, quiet location. The hotel fails in the following: -concierge services : no excursion activity offered , no Options what to do in the area. Only way to do something is through hotel cabs, min charge around 45€ for that. - lack Of hygiene by waiting stuff. They touch your glasses, Plates , no gloves used. - bathroom full of limescale , doesn’t feel cleaned. I know water is hard here, but still. Stains on most furniture and even on bed linen

Love the beach access; good food at C-Salt, which is by the beach; Overall great property for family traveling with kids.

If not about the connect to the beach and tons of greenery, its not worth the cost. Food served has to be changed as I was served too salty food, tea kettle was smelling very bad, attention to details in washroom were missing. Again with the amount of fee what is charge, its a disappointment.
