중심지에서 좀 떨어진 언덕에 위치한 곳이지만 다니기에 그렇게 힘들진 않았어요. 늦은 저녁에는 좀 외진 곳이라는 느낌이 들긴 합니다. 냉방 잘 되고, 호스트 친절하고, 흐바르 물가 생각하면 전체적으로 무난합니다.

위치가 위에 있어 오르막길이지만 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 가면 또 이용할거 같아요.

편안하고 아늑하고 청결하고 모든 것이 완벽하지만, 위치가 높고 계단 수십개를 올라야해서 캐리어가 무거운 여행객들은 주의하세요:)

개인적으로 정말 맘에들었습니다 주인아주머니와 아들 너무 유쾌하고 왠지모르겠지만 시골에있는 민박집에 온것깉은 기분을 들게해줬습니다. 테라스가 있어서 앉아서 쉴수도 있고 청결상태, 비치타올대여 서비스, 저희는 세탁서비스도 요청하여 추가금 내고 이용하였는데 만족스러웠습니다. 에어컨도 잘 나오고 흐바르 핫플레이스에 왠만하면 10분 내외로 갈수 있습니다. 처음에는 캐리어 끌고 언덕 오르는데 다 계단이라서 등줄기에 땀이 주륵했지만 내려올때는 한결 수월하네요.

Our stay was great for a few days! Great view from our smaller balcony! Had a fridge !! Hvar has quite a walk up the hill and steps ! We enjoyed our stay! We were welcomed on arrival !

It was a hike to get from the ferry to the property with our luggage, so would recommend arranging transportation. The host accommodated our early check in, which was appreciated! The property is up on a hill overlooking the town. Walkable distance to beach and town. The room itself was a bit dated, but was a good size and had a lovely balcony. It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker or a kettle, but we did have a mini fridge.

Excellent location for exploring Hvar. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

This place was absolutely beautiful, the view was outstanding we didn’t know how the room and view would be but it turned out amazing, the host was such a sweet lady and kind- definitely recommend staying at her place and will be coming back to stay with her again.

Hotel was clean, hosts were very friendly. Room was well equipped & look better than the photos. Provided both normal towels & beach towels. A.C was good & room was spacious. It’s a short walk to the main hub of Hvar. Excellent value for money

Very clean, nice balcony.

2 major issues. First of all it's unclear from the listing that you have to climb hundreds of steps lugging your suitcase to reach the villa. No offer to drive the luggage to the apartment, like the other villas had (something I noticed afterwards). Secondly, they insisted that I could only pay in cash - that is a total tax avoidance move. I would not stay again, and I do not recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Lacman, the room was clean, light and airy. There was everything you would need in the kitchen and there was cold water in the fridge when we arrived, which was very well received. It is close to a supermarket which has an amazing restaurant above, we ate there twice. Quite a hike up from the port but well worth it. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Hvar. The Lacman family were lovely hosts.

I strongly advise against staying here. My experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful from the start. First, the host demanded payment in cash (euros), even though I booked through Hotels.com and there was absolutely no mention of cash-only payment in the listing or confirmation. This forced me to withdraw money at a premium from ATMs — a huge inconvenience and cost that was completely unexpected. Second, the noise levels were unbearable. I was repeatedly woken up early in the morning by people knocking at my door and disturbances right outside the room. It felt chaotic and unprofessional — not at all like a place meant for rest. There was zero sense of privacy which I ended up becoming sick due to lack of sleep. What should have been a peaceful stay in Hvar turned into a frustrating experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Between the loud environment, the lack of transparency about payment, and people showing up unannounced at my door, I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation. There are much better, more reliable places to stay in Hvar. Skip this one.

Very nice property and as matches the photos and descriptions. The cleanliness was impeccable and the ladies were very generous.There is a shared kitchen space where you can cook you own meals and that was very convenient for us. Overall the stay was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to book it again if I ever visit hvar.
