The two bedroom is amazing if you are traveling with kids. I recommend this stay however I did not like that they were always trying to sell me a credit card or timeshare.

Was nice place to stay but definitely needs some updates 1 bedroom suite was cramped would definitely book a bigger room next time I visit

Everything was amazing, especially the views!! The only complaint was a brief trash smell early in the morning outside in the parking lot that went away. It wasnt bad enough to not go back! We loved the view from our condo and that you could see a dollywood rollercoaster and watch the drone show and fireworks from our deck! Would definitely stay there again- also loved that we were away from the craziness of the touristy stuff and it was so peaceful!

Very nice! We were staying at another place and the AC and refrigerator weren't working so we had to last minute find a new place to stay. We had $100 worth of groceries that we thought we'd have to throw away but they were able to let us check in ahead of time and everyone was so friendly!

Perfectly great stay. No issues with anything except having to listen to a sales pitch in order to check into your room. It felt like a 90s timeshare type of sales tactic. This type of thing is simply exhausting these days. They respected me declining but it kind of put a damper on our arrival.

The resort was so beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. The scenery was beautiful. The resort staff thought of everything.

We liked that the location wasn’t on the main, busy road but still close enough to activities. This is actually a time share resort that they must book out rooms when not filled. Not a brand new resort but, we were pleased. An older woman at the front desk is not friendly at all but, I’m thinking that she and all her colleagues are very aware of that. Besides that everyone was very nice & pleasant. We had a nice stay and would be comfortable returning.

This was first tie staying with this property in Pigeon Forge TN. The property was clean, the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly. We are looking froward to our next time staying with Sunridge Resort.

Spent five nights here and plan to stay again in the future! Within 2 miles of lots of attractions, but still felt very relaxing and peaceful. We loved the room. The 2 bedroom deluxe suite was actually even bigger than we had anticipated! Plenty of room for 5 (or 6) people and the rooms are far enough away from each other that we had privacy. The ONLY complaint I have, is that there are bee and wasp nests all over the place. There were at least three small ones in front of our balcony, and several in the pool areas. Having a person in our party that has a severe allergy, she was not able to enjoy the pools or balconies as much. As this is a resort that’s out in nature, I don’t think this is avoidable, so maybe just something to keep in mind.

Great location for families going to the Ripken Experience. Less than 10 min to field and a grocery store with Starbucks is across the main Rd. The place had everything you need to survive for cooking/appliances. Staff were easy to contact via text and very friendly.

Beautiful Balcony Views of the Mountains. The 2 outdoor pools & Jacuzzi's were sweet too..This spot was very convenient to all of Pigeon Forge had too offer. I will be staying here again Next Year..Had the 2 bedroom 2baths Deluxe Room. Full Kitchen with all appliances and Cooking Pans, Plates , Silverware, cups, Glasses. It was a Home away from Home..Very Enjoyable place to stay..

It really needs updating, The carpet dirty reeks with cigarette smell, The recliner chair looks like it had been picked up off the street, I’m so happy that we only had to stay one night. The mattress on both bed was worn…

It was amazing! The room was very clean and had a lot of space. Front desk ladies very nice. Check out was easy. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Best place I have stayed in a while.

The condo was very spacious and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly. We truly enjoyed the property and accommodations. The concierge service was lacking at this Hilton property. They never answered on several attempts and never returned our messages but did want to sell us a time share when we arrived.

The staff is so nice and very accommodating! Top-notch Customer Service. This resort spared the expense on the mattress and pillows! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable than any place I have ever stayed in. This is usually the problem and most hotels and resorts, but not this one! We experienced a great night sleep after a full day at Dollywood splash country.
