전체적으로 무난했던 곳입니다. 드럼세탁기가 있어서 사용했는데 소음이 굉장히 크기때문에 주의하세요.

위치가 좋아서 여기저기 다니기 편해요 직원분들도 친절해요 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 호텔 앞에는 차가 못 다녀서 우버 부르면 한블록 뒤에서 타고 내려야 한다는 점?! 근데 큰 블록은 은 아니여서 불편한 정도는 아니에오

허니문 여행 중 첫 아파트먼트 리스본 관광명소 어떤곳이든 대부분 쉽게 갈 수 있도록접근성 최고의 위치에 자리한 완벽한 메리트! 친절한 매니저와 밝게 인사해주는 직원들 호텔에선 경험할 수 없는 집에서 만들어먹는 요리가 가능한 준비된 주방, 모든 식기 조리기구들 굿! 방 안의 작은 테이블은 소소한 행복을 가져다 줌 아침마다 문고리로 배달되는 쫄깃 풍성한 빵들, 특히 양쪽 테라스 문을 열면 아침햇살이 매력적으로 들어오는 행복감, 나름 소음차단이 잘 됐던..! 단점이라면 화장실 세면대와 싱크대 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 매우매우 불편함을 느낌! 꼭 개선되길 바랍니다 추가로 비건을 지향하는 어메니티로 인해 만족스러움이 덜 했던 올인원 샴푸&바디샤워.. 디테일한 부분이 업그레이드 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

아파트의 장점과 호텔의 장점을 모두 갖춘 훌륭한 숙소. 매일 아침 맛있는 에그타르트와 빵을 방에 가져다 줍니다. 청소와 식기 세척도 해주고 호시우역과 트램정거장도 가까워 편리합니다.

시내 한가운데 위치해있어서 일단 접근성이 너무너무 좋았고, 프론트데스크 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 특히 Jose 라는 분이 친절했습니다 아침에 문고리에 걸어주신 곡물빵도 좋았습니다. 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 따뜻하고 넓고 쾌적한 호텔이었습니다

모든게 다 만족이였어요ㅎ 직원분들도 다 친절하고, 위치도 너무 좋은데 바로 숙소가 메인거리는 아니라 시끄럽지 않고ㅎㅎ 호텔정문도 카드키로 열어야해서 안전한것도 매우 만족이였어요ㅎ 호텔인데 아파트먼트처럼 세탁기, 식기류가 다 구비되어 있었구요ㅎㅎ 진짜 모든게 다 만족이였어요ㅎㅎ 다시 묵으라해도 100프로 재방문입니다ㅎ

객실이 깨끗하며 주방시설도 잘 갖춰져있었으며 숙소 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 간 방음이 취약하여 옆이나 위 객실의 소음이 크게 들려 시끄러웠습니다. 추후 객실 배정 시에는 이러한 점을 고려해주면 좋을 듯 싶습니다.

위치는 물론이고, 서비스가 정말 좋네요. 아침에 빵 걸어놓은 것을 보고 감동했어요.

Very central and convenient.

The staff was very friendly. Always responsive to our questions and gave lots of great recommendations. The apartment was very nice. Clean and big enough for 2. The very special thing is that they stock your refrigerator with breakfast items- yogurt, eggs, cheese, milk, water. And replenish when needed. They also bring u fresh bread daily. Such a great way to start the day. Location is convenient for sightseeing. Walking distance to river.

COQUERELLES GiGANTESQUES!!!! 1ere coquerelle trouvée (cuisine/ salon où le sofa des enfants se trouve), la réceptionniste nous répond on ne peut contrôler ce type d’évènement… que c’est jamais arrive et qu’ils peuvent rien faire. Déçu de la réponse et de la non prise en charge on s’adresse a un autre réceptionniste qui dit que la reponse de sa collegue etait non professionnelle. Et qu’il parlerai a son manager. 2eme coquerelle (le lendemain toujours dans la cuisine) un autre réceptionniste nous dit qu’il parlera au gerant et nous reviendra avec une solution. Puis RIEN aucun retour! Aucun produit n’a ete fourni a part un anti moustique… 3eme coquerelle (surlendemain dans la chambre des parents cette fois) un autre réceptionniste nous répond ca vient peut etre de nos bagages. Les bras me tombent et je precise que malheureusement ce ne sont pas des espèces canadienne lol. On me dit alors de l’aeroport…. J’ai choisi un 4 étoiles pour la paix d’esprit et je n’ai eu des des irritants. Le prix payé est disproportionné pour le qualité et le service rendu. Il ne mérite pas ce classement! Pas besoin de preciser qu’on a du jeter le pain qu’ils nous on fourni pour le petit déjeuner la plupart des coquerelles étaient dans la cuisine. Autre deception c’est le petit déjeuner. Ce n’est pas un buffet ou un service au chambre de plat. On vous fourni 4/6 oeufs pour une famille de 4 et 5/6 yaourt dépendemment des jours. Bref je n’avais pas en tete cuisiner ou faire les courses.

Great location. Perfect for a family of 3. We were in the 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment which was quite spacious and modern. My cousin and mother enjoyed our stay.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was perfect for a family of three including my cousin and mother. It was the home away from home and quite spacious. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I also had to return to Lisbon before returning home and at my second arrival, I received a Welcome Back greeting card and a bottle of wine! The only negative was the shower. It took a while before the hot water came on.

どこの観光地へ行くにもアクセスがとてもよくて、便利でした。洗濯機や食洗機等がありとてもよかったです。朝ごはんはパンとチーズや牛乳など豪華でよかったです。

The place is clean Breakfast is comprehensive, we got eggs, croissants, apples, oranges, yogurt, jam, cheese and butter Coffee and tea is in the apartment plus milk or soy milk if you want The area is very accessible and walkable

Excellent location. Walking distance from shops local attractions.

Greatly enjoyed! Welcoming staff and roomy apartment. Enjoyed the wine and breakfast that was provided too. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely rebook for a longer stay. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Metro close as well.
