Good Quality and service.

Everything was great except my window is open to other people...wanted to clear the blind but.. you know what i meant

Everything is perfect except smell of cigarettes in the non smoking room.

알로프트 호텔을 처음 이용했습니다. 우리 일행이 여러 명이라 체크인하는데 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다. 아침 식사도 음식은 좋았습니다. 우리 일행 중 아침 식사 예약이 되어 있지 않았다고 하면서, 몇 사람이 현장에서 아침 값을 지불하는데, 그것을 체크하는 여성분이 너무 심각하게 말하는 듯 하였습니다. 더 여유있게 말하고 대처해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Stayed for about 6 hrs. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Prompt airport shuttle arrangements. Good restaurant. Shower head and the door in the passage to the elevator is a bit weird!

Excellent hotel close to New Delhi airport - I used the private car transfer service which was very efficient - about 10min drive to the hotel. Nice pool and excellent breakfast.

Well managed, clean and fairly new property. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Ideally located just minutes away from the airport in Aerocity. Aerocity has top notch dinning and shopping options.

Bei der Ankuft, wollte man uns ein teures Zimmer verkaufen. Das mochten wir nicht. Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon da, Mobiliar und die Teppiche Stern wirken nun ausgenützt. Die Wasserleitung sind sehr lärmig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super und das Personnal sehr sympathisch. Ebenfalls beim Checkout, war die Dame sehr freundlich.

Really nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Appreciated the communication on the airport pickup. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel and nice room layout and facilities. Mattress very soft however which is not preferred. Dinner buffet at 2560 INR was reasonable. Check in counters a little crowded upon arrival but checkout was very quick. Excellent level of service from the staff as expected with such hotel. Short ride to the airport only 220 INR with Uber

We enjoyed our stay at aloft. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and has great options for dining.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and assisted in check in process by Sejal. We were explained clearly all included services and meals. Our bags were efficiently delivered to the room. Room was spacious, with amenities that we liked. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Restaurant food was tasty and there were ample choices. We have stayed here before, and we keep returning!
