모든 것이 페펙트 합니다!

직원들이 먼저 인사 해 주지 않는건 조금 서러웠지만... 방은 아주 깨끗하고, 시설도, 서비스도 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 품질 좋은 아이들로 구비 해 두어서 따로 준비 해 간 것들보다 더 잘 썼고요... 바로 앞에 작은 공원이 있고, 시끄러운 핀초골목과는 살짝 거리가 있어서, 위치도 아주 만족스러웠네요. 산세바스티안에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 찾고싶은 호텔입니다. 단, 조식은...! ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 딱 굶주림을 해결하기 좋은 정도. 인근에 멋진 카페들이 많으니 아침부터 마음 상하지 말고 주변을 살핍시다! 사코나 카페 좋아요!!!

We were very impressed with this hotel - it is clean, the breakfast is ample and the staff are very helpful , a special thank you to Mauro and Ainhoa. The location, with easy walkable distance to most attractions, is ideal.

Highly recommended this hotel - excellent location close to the Old Town. Our room was (unexpectedly) a huge 2-level apartment, very clean with the best pillows. Good gym facilities and very helpful staff.

Extremely friendly and charming staff. Great breakfast area and very well situated minutes from sightseeing spots and restaurants.

Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. This is a personal preference to properly separate the two areas, it would not stop me from coming here again

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, rooms were beautifully finished. Little details were great like them providing towels for the beach which they happily replenished. The location was very good, a short walk to Old Town and both of the main beaches. Would definitely return.

Great hotel, very good location, clean, quiet except some guests were stomping almost 24/7 above us, nice staff. A little sitting area would be nice for that price level.

So many aspects of Room Mate Collection Gorka work. The staff is so polite and concerned about making one's stay excellent. The location is fantastic, within minutes of amazing resturants. The hotel had all of the amenities one would want.

This was a wonderful hotel. It’s located just outside old town in a perfect location. Staff were the nicest people. This was an anniversary trip for us & they surprised us with a bottle of wine and rose petals in the room. It was so thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.
