모든 것이 페펙트 합니다!

직원들이 먼저 인사 해 주지 않는건 조금 서러웠지만... 방은 아주 깨끗하고, 시설도, 서비스도 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 품질 좋은 아이들로 구비 해 두어서 따로 준비 해 간 것들보다 더 잘 썼고요... 바로 앞에 작은 공원이 있고, 시끄러운 핀초골목과는 살짝 거리가 있어서, 위치도 아주 만족스러웠네요. 산세바스티안에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 찾고싶은 호텔입니다. 단, 조식은...! ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 딱 굶주림을 해결하기 좋은 정도. 인근에 멋진 카페들이 많으니 아침부터 마음 상하지 말고 주변을 살핍시다! 사코나 카페 좋아요!!!

The room was spaciuos and clean, the staff was always smiling and helpful. We felt like at home. Gracias ☺️

Very nice hotel in a good location. We had a room at the back and it was extremely quiet. Very comfortable bed. Would have preferred a “proper” door in the bathroom - there is an opaque glass door which doesn’t go right up to the ceiling - but the hairdryer makes up for it !

Centrally positioned hotel perfectly located close to the old town, the beaches and within walking distance of everything you need. Super modern hotel with all the mod cons you could want and need. Staff were incredibly helpful attentive and friendly. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel or any of the hotels within the group.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location with easy walkable access to old town and beaches.

We had booked an executive room and requested a King Size bed. On arrival we had twin beds, rather than king. I understand that the website says you can't guarantee requests will be met but I would have expected that we would have been notified in advance that our request could not be met as opposed to being disappointed on the start of our holiday. The room rate is very expensive. I think you should change your policy to let people know in advance whether or not you can meet their requests.

Great location, helpful staff. Duplex room was nice and quiet but would have preferred an executive room as prefer to have a view.

Room was excellent in size , cleanliness .Executive room 201. Good view of plaza Guipúzcoa. Restaurant is very limitedc. Buffet breakfast is adequate but looks very scanty compared to NH hotels Aranzasu .location is perfect. Airconditioning is US standard. For a $500 a night room, you have to ask for Kleenex from the Desk and they give you this pathetic small pocket packet containing 7 pieces.

The room was bit loud at the park side and a bit dark as well.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and all of the local restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on our honeymoon and they had left a thoughtful note and cake for us on our arrival.

Lovely hotel on the edge of Old Town San Sebastián. The welcome was warm & friendly (great reception staff throughout) and the room was a good size with great facilities - best sleep on holiday ever. The bar shuts early, which was disappointing (no chance for night cap). The breakfast choice was extensive but often depleted as kitchen staff was low - they made a great effort, but only so much you can do on your own. Overall, a thoroughly great stay and would recommend.
