1박 10만 후반-20만 초반으로 솔직히 싸다고 볼 수는 없지만, 늦은 항공편 도착 시 이용하기엔 최적입니다. 조식도 나름 준수해요.

Liked the room. Saw some dust and cobwebs in the room by the door. Nothing crazy. Quiet rooms. We paid for the breakfast buffet which was excellent.

The food and service we great. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff we very accomodating.

Super close to the airport, with a nice view. The staff was friendly and the food was great

Close to terminal 5. Decent rooms. No complaints about the hotel. Watch if you get an early morning flight. Hotel Hoppa bus isn’t as frequent and a taxi is around £45-£50 for a 10 mins journey (day light robbery).

Ideal hotel for overnight stay before flight the following morning. Well appointed room - friendly check in - nice bar and pizzeria.

Very fresh feel about the place. Definitely wouldn’t have been upset if we’d needed to have stayed there for a few days. Queen room very spacious

Close to LHR

Very nice room, good service. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

Hotel is fine other than the walls are paper thin in the rooms. The rooms are adequate and modern and quite clean. The female staff on the front desk are very, very rude. They need training in how to deal with issues calmly and pleasantly with their customers. Hotel staff in general seem to be very unhappy apart from the breakfast restaurant manager and one of the members of staff there. Food at breakfast is good,

Good for the price. Very close to the airport. If you are planning to go the Center of London, it’s like an hour or so. Good to stay close to the airport.

It was a good stay. Bit disappointed we were given an accessibility room which we didn’t ask for. The bathroom could do with some TLC. But rest of the hotel was decent and clean. Breakfast was good too.

We stayed here the day before we had to leave from Heathrow airport. There is nothing much around the area of the hotel. So once you check in you are "stuck" in the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and has a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast was also good.

The checkin staff doesnt understand that booking through expedia or hotels.com doesnt mean that the booking is prepaid and refuse to provide receipt of the payment. At checkout they pretend to have sent the bill via email, but actually they didnt. Room quite noisy because of the aircraft runway. Poor breakfadt, and poir selection of dishes at dinner. The bus to the airport takes 45 minutes to go there

Very difficult to explain that my booking had to be paid at the checkin. Actually they charge you before you arrive, regardless of the conditions of hotels.com or expedia. And they refuse to provide a receipt. For them expedia = prepaid, and no receipt. Room very noisy

This property is a great option close to the airport, with the convenient hotel hoppa bus going to and from LHR. Breakfast was amazing, was a nice quiet stay and great facilities.
