Really convenient for early flight, short walk to departures, clean and quiet room , comfortable facilities

Breakfast poor, staff were busy, glad i was not staying longer

Staff were friendly. Bar food was a bit limited and restaurant didn’t serve food early enough for us going out. Location is best suited for the airport but is an 11 min train journey to the centre. It was so quiet but right next to the runway, incredible. The bed was hard and the pillows were very flat so this didn’t suit us really. A mattress topper and the option of more pillows in the wardrobe would be good. Menus in the room would be a good addition. It was spacious, quiet and clean.

Nice hotel and staff but have had just as good a stay in the premier Inn for a fraction of the cost.

Great place to stay before an early flight. Rooms are quite big and beds comfortable. Restaurants is good with friendly staff. It was quiet overnight which is good for a hotel so close to the airport

Stayed here before our early morning flight, have previously stayed, on this occasion we travelled with my Disabled Son, we booked a family room, He was absolutely delighted to be able to see the runway from the window, we all enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant,

Very close to the airport so we booked to stay after a late return from Rhodes. Flight delayed so only arrived about 3am. No one mentioned breakfast had to be taken before 10am. We got up at 10am and went downstairs and despite having paid for two of us we got nothing. Not even a coffee. Checkout was midday but forget breakfast. No policy just ‘tough luck’ noises. Shame. Will book a different airport hotel next time. Room otherwise fine but expensive for a few hours sleep.

Ideal location for an early flight. Great restaurant. Comfy bed, clean and modern facilities.

Really good position if holidaying or visiting the NEC like we were no aeroplane noise at all which was quite amazing as we were directly opposite the planes
