Room was acceptable but cable was out so no TV and ice machine was broken as well

This hotel was very comfortable and convenient

The Property was in a good location for me. Only spent the night so didn't get to enjoy all your entities

The b d was horrible!! It creeped and made lots of noise and there was no top sheet!!!! Is this how the beds are usually made or was the sheet forgotten???

Chose the hotel because of proximity to an event we were attending. The room was huge which was nice and parking was plentiful. Breakfast was just okay. Breakfast time was 6am to 10am which was great but breakfast items did not have a lot of variety. Room did not have functioning ironing board and iron but both were provided upon request. Experienced service issues that underscore my low score for the hotel. My booking confirmation from Hotels.com had the checkout time as 12pm. I requested late checkout if available. Not only was that turned down but I was rudely told that the hotel’s checkout time is 11am regardless of what the hotels.com booking stated. When I pointed out that perhaps they need to contact hotels.com and fix the discrepancy at least for future guests, they didn’t seem particularly interested. Certainly will not be staying here again as I would not have minded staying further away from my event at a location that cared more about their customers. Hopefully, the management does better for their customers who are the sole reason they are in business!

Very kind and helpful staff, nice and comfortable rooms

The hotel was in very good condition and very clean. Each staff member I saw/talked to was very friendly. The bed was not quite as comfortable as I recall, but the room was otherwise very nice. Breakfast was good, and the fitness room was as well. Excellent stay - thank you!

The gym was a notch above the usual hotel gyms and the pool was a nice temperature.

Good place to stay.

Persistent noise from elevators, dirty room (stained floor, furniture, and wall) was a distinct difference to our stay five years ago. Couldn't move to another room as hotel was booked solid. Had a civil conversation with the manager upon checkout and he did what he could to make good on our experience. Location, parking availability, and nearby restaurants still superb.

I specifically requested a room with two queen beds for my mother and I. I also requested a late checkin due to the fact that we were attending a wedding in the area and I knew it would be late when we arrived at the hotel. Up arrival around midnight I was told that that specific room was not available. They o ly had a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa(very uncomfortable). I was told the dayshift clerk at the hotel gave my room to someone else. The computers kept freezing and it took nearly a half hour just to check in. I requested a discount but never received any. Very unhappy in this situation especially being a Hilton honors member. If I booked a room with 2 queen beds I should have received that room.

Staff and amenities were outstanding. I highly recommend choosing the Media Hampton Inn.

We stayed here as a family of four for a nearby event. The property was clean and it was close to where we needed to be. The continental breakfast was sufficient. We did not use the pool but it looked well cared for. We did not experience any issues during our stay.

The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth and quick.

Front Desk Service was terrible. Personality and attitude. Have stayed at a lot of hotels - one of the least friendly people I have encountered.
