On my way to Taormina after renting a car in Catania, I encountered a traffic jam at a roundabout. It was then that the car behind me bumped into my rear bumper, causing an accident. I received the contact information of the driver who caused the accident, but I had trouble deciphering the handwritten phone number, so I asked for help at the hotel. A male staff member kindly called the driver directly and resolved everything. He also contacted the hotel in Palermo, my next destination, to provide me with important information regarding the ZTL, which I'm very grateful for. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly as well. If I were to return to Taormina, I wouldn't see a reason to look for a different hotel.

We had a wonderful room. Very clean, great location, great breakfast. Giuseppe and Manuela the owners and brother and sister were cery jice and helpful!

Breakfast was in a lovely room and cooked to order. Location is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus. Room beautifully decorated.

The hotel is small but well run. Very friendly staff and it is right in the middle of the town. Very convenient. We used their garage. Lovely fun staff running breakfast and if having a cooked breakfast it turned up almost immediately. It does not feel like the normal tourist hotel. Loved it

Casa Adele is a charming hotel with a superb location and easily walkable to explore the town. Taormina is the cleanest town we’ve ever been in. The hotel has onsite parking which is an advantage. I can’t say enough about the staff, our accommodation with our own terrace, and the breakfasts. It was the highlight of our stay in Sicily.

Wonderful breakfast with many gluten free items including very tasty gluten free bread. Good location and very clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable temperature wise. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay here again in Taormina.

Hotel was great in a very convenient location. Hotel was very helpful valeting my car since most of Taormina you cannot drive through. The only issue was in the morning when we stayed, which was just one night, you were woken up by the trash trucks and workers getting rid of all the glass containers I think in the whole town/ so loud for about an hour at 5am. Beautiful room and hotel!

Fabulous small family run hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room as a good size and we had a large balcony overlooking the town & sea off to the left. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice and fresh fruit and a light cooked breakfast prepared fresh if wanted. Locations ideal for walking into town and up to Castelmola. We got a taxi from the bus station on arrival, but it it is in fact a 10min walk through the pedestrian precinct from the hotel, which we did on departure.

Amazing stay. Perfect location and convenience. Nice sized clean room, excellent host and service. Honestly can’t say enough about this hidden gem. Oh and did I mention parking on premise? We’ll be back!

Fantastic location by Corso Umberto the main pedestrianised street. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts, attentive service. Garage available on-site if needed. Highly recommended!

Loved the hotel - friendly efficient welcome, great room and breakfast and thank goodness had booked parking! Top marks and hope to return - probably by train!
