The location and my room view Excellent breakfast

It seems like this used to be a very nice property, but it's showing its age. Dead bugs were splattered all over our room's walls, which makes sense because we had to have killed 15+ mosquitos in our room. Didn't get them all because we were bit multiple times overnight. When we asked the front desk about it, they said mosquitos were normal and gave us an expired bug plug in (which didn't help). Air conditioner was barely functional; I can't imagine staying here in the hotter months. Front desk staff was very polite; food staff significantly less so. Breakfast was sparse, as food was not replenished after previous guests ate it. The only reason I would maybe recommend staying here is the proximity to the Basilica of Saint Anthony.

The hotel is located in a very noisy are. There is a restaurant right below it and the noise went into late hours of the night. Additionally, a shower would be very nice. Other than this, it was great!

We love the location and friendly staff. But the ceiling in our room showed major water damage. It got very warm and air conditioning wasn’t on. They did give us a fan. The breakfast was disappointing.

Location is really great, as we went there for St Anthony de Padua and the cathedral is just literally across the street.

Die Möbeleinrichtung war zweckmässig, aber nicht Modern. Es hat den Ansprüchen gereicht. Der Zimmerboden war nicht sehr sauber beim Bezug des Hotelzimmer. Die Duschkabine war eher klein, in der Nasszelle hatte es Silberfische, daher schliesse ich daraus, dass die Sauberkeit nicht der Katogorie 3 Sterne passt.

Tutto bene, voglio ringraziare tutto il personale per la cordialità, si vede un bel lavoro di ristrutturazione dell'edificio, unico neo il bagno cieco nessuna forma di aspirazione..veramente orribile,vasca e doccia rotta

Really nice hotel ,good visit.

Huipou sijainti vanhassa keskustassa. Huone oli sisäpihalle päin, mutta jotkin huoneet varmasti katdralille, se olisi huikea näky. Huoneen ilmastointi ei viilentänyt joten huone 26c😅 Aamiaisella ei juuri mitään jäljellä vaikka menimme tuntia ennen loppumista. Siistiä oli.

An excellent central hotel to explore the city

The Donatello hotel is in a beautiful spot opposite the Basilica, the staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast has a nice variety of foods/drinks, and the room has a classic modern feel. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and roomy.

Terrific location across from the cathedral square and walkable to many ships, restaurants and attractions. We also took public transport (tram plus train)to Venice for the day. Parking garage was very small but it helps to not have a car in Padua.
