The family are very nice. The owner is a great guy. Very helpful. The only one thing I will say the beds are very hard. The owner gave me an extra mattress to put on top of mine. I was there for 11 days. Rates were cheap and the rooms adequate.

支払いまでしているのにホテルから予約されてないと言われた。

ホテルに到着して最初に言われたことは予約なし。 Hotels.comから予約完了、支払い完了と調子良いメールが来ましたが、実際は大違い。 Hotels.com日本人担当はいつものように中国人。 何度状況を説明しても解決できない。 次の中国人に担当が変わると最初から説明。 ホテル側との板挟み。 最後はエクスペディアの日本人が出てくる。 その日本人も業務時間外なので、英語担当に変わると逃げ始める。 この状況が2度目。 5年前にメキシコに行った時と同じ。 Hotels.comは何も学んでいない。 せめて日本語がわかる日本人にしてくれ。

Incredible hospitality displayed by this lovely Nepalese family who run this hotel. It is very basic accommodation but clean and relatively comfortable. Good food served here. Just a short 10 minute walk up to the Sarangkot View Tower for breathtaking views of the Himalayas, which is why I stayed here.
