The room was clean and beautiful. Great location, not far from dinning and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Food was great and the beach was wonderful. Traveled as a family with two little ones and they loved it.

Es INCREÍBLE! La playa lindisimo el servicio buenísimo! Excelente ubicación recomendado sin dudarlo! Gracias al gerente Alberto y a Laura en el beach club fue inolvidable! Hicieron una experiencia increíble para nuestra luna de miel! No lo duden es excelente opción en Holbox!

Los cuartos ocean view del segundo piso en los que nos hospedamos no tienen vista al mar.

Muy bonito Hotel, la habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades y me gustó que tiene una playa muy linda y la pasas muy agusto en su Beach Club

El servicio es lo mejor que ofrece este lugar y la playa es muy tranquila, la habitación tenía buen tamaño, el desayuno era abundante. Regresaremos la próxima vez

Der Service ist einfach wunderbar, es sind immer und überall außerordentlich liebe Mitarbeiter anzutreffen. Die Lage war für mich optimal, wer mehr Party und Nightlife sucht, der geht besser weiter ins Zentrum. Es ist alles innerhalb von 10Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Excelente hotel, ubicado en la playa, pequeño, limpio y excelente servicio

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Personalen gör är väldigt serviceminded! Vill särskilt nämna Laura i restaurangen, hon ler alltid och är mån om dig som gäst. Vi hade först rum med egen pool men då poolen ligger precis vid vägen och uteplatsen inte har några stolar då tyckte vi inte att det var ett prisvärt alternativ, kan inte rekommendera det rummet. Vi fick byta till annat rum och blev då nöjda. Sängarna är tyvärr hårda så de kunde varit bättre. Som helhet är vi väldigt nöjda och skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att återvända. Ett sista tips, boka rum på andra eller tredje våningen om du inte vill ha insyn på rummet.

The hotel stole from us

I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room.

We did not stay at your hotel as it was a disaster. The entire city was underwater. I have pictures and I have asked Expedia to get our money back. Please refund our money as we did not stay at your hotel. The city was an unwalkable and totally underwater and your hotel was not ready for gas. The pool was not open. Chairs were Stacked up. Again we did not stay at your hotel and we are asking for a refund. I will be posting the pictures on Expedia if we do not get a refund.
