After a full day at work & a long drive , to be met by a very sullen staff member checking me in was , to put it mildly rather disappointing. He reluctantly helped me upstairs with my luggage . Horrid view from my bedroom window , ridiculously small sized washbasin, shower door didn’t close properly . Work I stay here again ? …. No !

Continuous issues with the key card alarming, hours of noise. This led to an electrician being called, after I had to shower, wash, and get dressed in the dark because they isolated the Breaker to the lights as this stopped the noise. Not ideal, when I'm up at 0500 for work.

Always my go to stay now when visiting family - always a spa bath room

Had a really good attention to detail all the amenities you expect and some I didn’t expect

Rooms are good for what they are, but the temperature of the rooms are ridiculous! I stayed in November, i have both windows open, two fans on and i still woke up and thermostat said it was 28 degrees. Did not sleep at all and checked out early.

lovely modern hotel, right in the centre, clean and had everything you need! would deffo recommend

Room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke with a window that barely opened. Over 70 stairs to my room with no lift, no fun with my disability.

Bin not empty no room service

Nothing to say good all round would stay again

Lovely hotel, big room and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Good food in bar.

Absolutely beautiful room tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi type bath in living area. Massive comfortable bed nice pillows Downstairs the bar offers friendly staff coupled with exceptional food and beers at reasonable prices . Overall lovely place to visit and I’m sure I will next time in Barrow in Furness

Stairs steep and no lift. Room Ok

Very comfortable room complete with spa bath & little kitchenette which was very useful! Lovely ensuite as well.

The room was very clean & stylish! Quite warm, with the windows open the seagulls can be quite a noisy bunch but no fault of the hotels. Very comfortable room & great service.

Nice large room with small kitchen area. Good bathrooom, room clean and very well presented. Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel in barrow Fast check in and check out. Stayed in the Dalton suite massive room very clean. Comfortable bed. Bar on the ground floor with a good DJ on a Saturday night. Food was reasonably priced and made to a high standard.

Ideally situated. Very clean & modern . Staff very helpful . Bar underneath very good & food was great Could do with a microwave
