I booked and paid for 2 deluxe rooms for my family and when they got there they tried to put everybody into 1 family room. They said they didn’t have both bookings and they didn’t have another room. I was staying at the Sunrise Premium Resort around the corner when I got the call for help. When I got there I kicked up a fuss, showed them the booking and told them it was their problem. The lady manager just glared at me and was extremely unapologetic. Suddenly out of nowhere a deluxe room became available to us. In my opinion because my family was Vietnamese they tried to bully them and pull the wool over their eyes. Thank goodness I was there and just outcome resulted. I believe they had every intention to rent out the room I paid for. Location is good near the beach. Food is deplorable. We ate dinner because we had it included in our stay and we were hungry. Nobody touched breakfast - not good. If you want to get a good night’s sleep then this is not the place as there are people drinking and being rowdy until the early hours of the morning.
