가족단위 여행으로 적합합니다 다만 식당의 수가 적어 초이스에는 제한적입니다 그러나 어른전용이어서 편안했으며 직원들이 모두 친절햏습니다 다만 호텔에서 이용하는 택시가아닌 우버를 이용하면 호텔로 우버의 진입을 막아서 입구까지 걸어나가야하는 불편함이 밌습니다 개선이 필요합니다

The resort and staff were absolutely amazing and truly treat you like family, i would absolutely recommend the Royalton CHIC Cancun to everyone looking for an amazing experience

Property itself is nice and the view is spectacular on both sides. Service from bartenders, wait staff, etc. was great. Rooms were perfect size and mainly clean. Diamond Club is not worth it as you still have to pay for upgrades, extras, reservations, etc. They make using the Expedia discounts a pain as you have to check in with several different people. Check in and check out was terrible--the pre-check in app did not work and they made us go to two different lines when we arrived when we had two rooms under the same name. Our room bands also had to be reloaded multiple times as they stopped working or didn't work at at all. Check out was not any easier. Food was mediocre and it's difficult to get large parties reservations for the restaurants. If you are looking for a party, then this is your place as it got pretty risqué each day at the pool (women twerking and people making out everywhere) and at Taboo each night. The outside entertainment was decent, but nothing we haven't seen before. Elevators are slow and stop on every floor. Rooms are not secure--even when locked-- and two members of our party got robbed while we were there--the chip cards were removed from their credit cards and used in person in another city in Mexico. That was also a day's process to rectify.

Food was extremely basic and targeting those wanting large servings of calorie dense food. Arrived at about 10.30 the first night and couldn’t get food unless we ordered room service. When I tried that I was told there was at least 90 min wait. Extremely noisy and crowded round the main pools and bars.

The beach is beautiful and pool always has fun activities. All the cocktails were well made but food was mediocre. Buffet had the same food everyday and desserts were very bad. I wouldnt recommend it if you dont drink or party too much.

I love everything about this resort

It’s a pretty good place. I just didn’t like that everything close early in there it’s it’s a lot inclusive and when you get there, you gotta get another band which I did to Diamond, but didn’t really get me much. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and I had two people still come in my room with the sign on no respect. I expected more of this hotel. I’ve always heard good things about it, but my experience wasn’t all that great but all in all it wasn’t that bad the staff is amazing very helpful thank you that’s all

Royalton Chic was a great experience!!

The hotel want to charge for everything diamond club members charge is ridiculous the hotel food selection sucks it’s very americanized and there is no flavor I been to the hotel the past 4 years and it does not get better. I hate that at Ching in the try to sell you to become a member super annoying when all you trying to do is checking and enjoy your vacation.

I went to the Royalton Chic for my first solo international trip! I booked an oceanfront junior suite and was on the 8th floor. The room and view were beautiful! The fridge had a few items such as water, soft drinks, and beer, but there was no bar or liquor. The bathroom was large with a separate toilet, and the shower was huge! There was a slight odor in the room, which could've been caused by humidity. That was my only issue with the room. I loved that the room was accessible with the wristband, so no keys to keep track of! The wifi was strong! I only ate at the buffet and the sports bar. The sports bar food was ok, but the buffet was always good! Breakfast was delicious- I really liked the pancake and omelet station. The swim-up bar closes early, around 6pm. The restaurant staff were friendly- Veronica, Jaime, Luis and Eddie were fantastic! I felt safe as a solo traveler and enjoyed my first visit to Cancun. The location is excellent- within walking distance to the nightlife and close to the airport.

Great vibes. Nights ended too early like 1 am and rooftop could be open more days for parties. Nightlife is fun. Food could be better.
