Awesome apartment in Las Canitas neighborhood. Best in house gym and even better outdoor pool. Great neighborhood for shopping, dining and cafes. Nice having onsite laundry

I liked everything about my stay. The building was secure and I had a lot of great amenities like a gym and a pool, and laundry. The basement was also beneficial. The area was very safe and had a lot of options for restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I highly recommend!

Apartment was a little more run down than we were expecting. Apartment was relatively clean but when we checked in there was dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom. There were not extra blankets or pillows provided for the sofa bed and the toilet did not flush properly. Otherwise the property was nice and we appreciated the 24 hour security.

Modern and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Las Cañitas. The building has good amenities and private security. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Neighbours can be a bit unruly, especially in terms of noise and constantly venturing out in the hallways to switch apartments. We had a bad experience on the second floor with some temporary residents. Other than this, it was a great stay!

Lovely and homely stay.

The apartment was excellent with excellent security and even some of the guards spoke English. I wish the bed had been a little bigger it was difficult to hold somebody who is 6 ft tall without the feet falling off the bed but it was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates. The exercise room has a good quality of equipment. Would happily stay here again.

La verdad que nos encantó todo! Hermoso el apto. Muy limpio, ordenado, moderno. El chico que nos recibió al principio muy educado y a la orden. Todo el resto de los servicios un lujo. Sin dudas que vamos a volver!

Ha sido excelente experiencia, desde un principio se comunicaron conmigo para hacer el check in y fueron puntuales a la hora de quedar para recibir el apartamento. El sistema para entrar al apartamento es fácil de usar y en la recepción del edif hay portero siempre disponible La zona es ideal para pasar unos días, hay supermercados y cafés cerca para hacer compra y tener Las personas de seguridad del edificio son muy amables y están disponibles, además las instalaciones están en perfecto estado La única cosa que mejoraría es tener en el apartamento un poco de sal, pimienta y aceite para facilitar hacer comida ahí, son cosas que comprar para un viaje al final se desperdicia.. En general EXCELENTE

Imóvel bem localizado, portaria 24 h, piscina compartilhada. Apartamentos confortáveis mas nas fotos pareciam novos, o que não é a realidade.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The gym is great and also the sauna. The bedroom door was broken and even though I reported nobody came to fix it, you could not open and close the door to hang or fold your clothes. The jacuzzi was broken trough out the stay and the washing machines were broken for 2 or 3 days of my stay.
