Clean and good service

리옹 중심지에 있어서 좋긴했는데, 주차장이 없었어요. 시에서 운영하는 주차장 이용했습니다. 나름깔끔하고 괜찮았어요~

Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was told to come down and get it. Whereas the night we checked in the staff on duty were delivering items to guests. The bar was a nice touch a bit on the expensive side bit views were great. Summary good, clean hotel that is centrally located and you can get around the city very easily from here.

The manager was absolutely outstanding and helpful on our arrival and then again on our departure-he went beyond the call of duty walking outside to give us directions as an example. Our room safe was not working properly when we arrived and a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes Great location in the center of town. A nice terrace bar where we also had breakfast an added bonus

Lite minimalistiskt frukostutbud (vilket i och för sig inte är ovanligt i Frankrike) men det som fanns var gott.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rumen är rena och bra standard. Frukosten helt okej med färskt bröd, skinka, ägg och bacon, flingor mm

I didn’t like being in an inside room. There was no window to the outside, only one to the atrium. And because we shared a door with another room, it was very noisy when they came in late. The front desk people were excellent.

Decouverte tres sympa au coeur du centre ville. Petit soucis pour y acceder en voiture il faut passer par le tunnel de la croix rousse pour contourner le centre via les quais de saone. L’hotel a une décoration tres fine ancienne banque transformée. Le rooftop avec vue sur la fourviere est un spot ideal pour finir la soiree. Chambre tres propres et equipées d’une machine a cafe a broyeur qui sert donc un excellent café. Perit bémol sur la taille des chambres mais pour y passer un weekend en city trip c’est un spot ideal. Sauna privatisé disponible gratuitement sans contrainte horaire.

We had a room without natural light, and while comfortable and quiet, it was a weird experience. Alarm clock was the only way to wake up. Breakfast was fresh and typical items. Terrace is very nice and location is excellent, walking distance to almost anywhere. Plenty of dining options and metro 2 blocks away.

Accommodating on short notice, very profession and clean spaces.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location for a short trip to Lyon. The hotel smells amazing, the staff were lovely and the room was a good size with a comfy bed.

The hotel was gorgeous, well maintained and in the perfect location. However, what really stood out was the service. Alexendre and Karim were constantly available, knowledgeable and eager to help with any and all questions. Highly recommend!

La chambre était très propre, l’accueil impeccable. Nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre plus tôt et laisser nos valises avant de quitter. Très belle expérience dans l’ensemble. 👌

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Merkezi bir yerde yürüyerek birçok yere gidilebiliyor. Klimayı biz mi ayarlayamadık yoksa maksimum ısı o kadarmıydı bilmiyorum ama biraz üşüdük. Onun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi.
