Not thrilled with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very friendly.

It was okay but when we went to use the bathroom at approximately 2am, the toilet did not flush at all.

Great hotel

Clean, and staff was very helpful

First impression wasn’t great with the staff wearing t-shirts and sweatpants. I was a little aggravated when I was promised at the beginning of the week that my two reservations could be merged only to find they couldn’t once I got there. I called ahead of time to make sure everything would be taken care of once I got there. I had to book an extra day last minute once my tournament schedule was announced. Walking into the room, I didn’t like the lack of a closet or somewhere to store my clothes for my 3 night stay. The room also wasn’t very clean. There’s mold/mildew in every corner a nook in the shower. There’s piles of dirt and dust in the corners and baseboards of the room. I also didn’t understand why the hotel has one small ice machine. I got in trouble for halfway filling my small ice chest to cool some waters because playing singles in 90+ degree weather. There were also people there for a softball tournament doing the same thing but actually filling there’s up. It was strange to me that there wouldn’t be one on every floor like every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The walls of the rooms are paper thin. Everytime someone opened their door, it sounded like they were trying to open mine. I heard EVERYTHING in the hallways. Despite the overall negative experience I will say that the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.

The room is very depressing. One bed, one office chair, and a small rolling table for your desk. If you try to pull the desk out and move the chair back, you'll hit the bed. Very small room for the Lafayette area (AKA this isn't NYC). No art on the walls. Three sad hooks that look like skis affixed to the wall. And hangers dangling from a red pipe. No closet. If you need a drawer, that's under the bed. If you may need to spend any time in your room, don't book here. Also, I went in and out of the hotel several times (to avoid being in the room) and was not greeted, welcomed, or thanked for my stay except when I checked in. One staff member looked me dead in my face from behind the front circle (not a desk) and said nothing. There is absolutely no warmth in this hotel. Not in the room. Not from the staff. Nothing.

Clean and everyone friendly definitely staying here again

When we first showed up, no one was at the front desk. A man finally showed up in casual clothes, didn’t have a uniform on so I didn’t know if he’d worked there. A side entrance door to the hotel didn’t accept a key card the whole time we stayed there. The door to our room would not close right, literally had to force it to shut. We went to the pool the following day and our key cards would not work, had to go talk to the front desk representative again. While in the pool, employees would come out adjacent to the pool and smoke cigarettes. The room was dirty, had dust and an old sock on the floor. The only good thing was the gym, quality equipment.

my room was hot..ac was not working

It seems that Hilton allows pets in every room. But what about the ones that are allergic to dogs. We have to take medicine in order to stay in hotel now. Also they leave dog in room and barks while the dog’s owners out. Have to find another hotel.

Clean property with nice pool vibe

The room was many clean all nite long we can smell the cleaning liquids they used to clean . The shower was so dirty . Wouldn’t never stay there agin . Reviews said was super clean only reason I rented it and wasn’t what i expected at all .

The stay was relaxing & very nice

Was told on this app that they offered a free crib for our baby which they did not and then looked at me like I was stupid for asking

Convenient to places we were visiting in the city. Nice breakfast. Nice room and bathroom. Coke products available!
