It is located a quiet, beautiful English village, with a traditional pub next door serving great ales. A warm welcome from the perfect host, Jane ... with tea and biscuits in the flower garden under a large brolly for shade. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, spotlessly clean. And of course, a delicious, freshly cooked English breakfast in the morning, with bacon the way it should be: thick cut, dry cured, lightly smoked and cooked to perfection. Really nice guest house in a good location just outside Wroxham. Our room was lovely, a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with a roll top bath. The pre-order breakfast offered a good choice with quality ingredients.

Very welcoming hosts, lovely clean cozy room. The breakfast was freshly cooked using local products. Particularly to note the bacon was well above the normal Parking easy and a pleasant local pub within five minutes walk would highly recommend.

A b&b with a real quirky feel due to its history and having a very welcoming nature from arrival to departure by its owners and proving all round comfort and a good breakfast choice to set you up for the day. Definitely worth a stay even if just passing through.

Lovely place to stay - we were welcomed with a lovely cup of coffee and biscuits and sat in the beautiful garden. Room was perfect and we loved the whole place will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful to set you up for the day and a few doors away from a lovely friendly pub. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful old property, lovely decor and great amenities. The cooked breakfast was delicious and eagerly awaited every morning! Walking distance to local pub with great food and close to lots of local attractions. The perfect base to explore the broads, beaches and Norwich. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay for two nights, Mark and Jayne were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent everything cooked and presented well. Area was nice and quiet and we had two meals at the pub which were great, although would advise booking as we saw quite a few people turned away. Would thoroughly recommend thanks for a lovely stay!

Spotless.ly clean & lovely interior design. En suite very good & had a lovely slipper bath. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice to include pancakes & omelettes as well as traditional fry up. Hosts gave great attention to detail & were very happy to give advice & information to enable us to have a really enjoyable stay.

A really lovely, comfy guesthouse in a very peaceful spot. The hosts were very friendly and did a wonderful breakfast! Plus there was a pub almost next door that did really good food! And a local nature reserve/boardwalk with views over the water very nearby too. My one minor criticism would be no curtains, only venetian blinds, in the bedroom so I woke up very early (an eyemask isn't enough for me) but at a different time of year or in a different room I don't think I'd have any issues at all with the place.
