Close to train station. Nice staff.

Convenient location close to Gare St Jean and frequent bus service to central Bordeaux. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant nearby. We were also able to get a pizza and beer in the evening to take to our room. Only downside was the air conditioning. It seemed to be on a timer and it felt hot during the night. We had to get up and reset it.

Excellente semaine. Personnel tres sympathique et disponible. Merci.

A nice place to stay for a short time in Bordeaux. Very close to the train station and a short walk into other parts of the town. Comfortable and good value. Friendly, multi-lingual, staff and breakfast on offer (though we didn't have time to partake in that). Overall, good value for the money.

Acceso parking poco claro. Dia de entrada recepción no sabía español. Máquina pedir comida sin registro de restaurantes.

Personnel agréable et à l'écoute

This hotel was nicer than I expected. Very clean, helpful staff and an eco friendly room(large soap dispensers, smart lighting options). Perfect sized room for 1 person. Convenient to the city tram and Gare St Jean.

Buen trato, el desayuno caro para lo sencillo que es, pero din quejas

Chambre pas faite la première nuit et le parking un peu loin . J’ai attendu 10 min devant la barrière du portail du parking j’ai du sonné chez Golden tulipe hôtel qui partage le même parking et ma ouvert … arrivée à l’hôtel le réceptioniste était débordé … Acceuil très sympa .

Pour un prix excessif (plus de 250€ la nuit) On aurait aimé passer un meilleur séjour et ne pas être réveillé à chaque fermeture de porte des chambres voisines qui faisaient trembler les murs de notre chambre Pas de mini frigo non plus

À proximité d'un arrêt tram. Chambre avec un intérieur récent pratique et joli.
