부엌시설과 넓은 객실 무료 제공되는 조식 그리고 이용하지는 않았지만 수영장과 피트니스도 갖추고 있어 좋았습니다

전반적으로 만족스러웠으나 카펫 청소상태가 다소 아쉬웠고 일부 직원은 타 직원에 비해 친절하지 않았습니다. 새호텔이라 GPS에 나오지 않는것도 불편했습니다.

Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!

Perfect hotel for our needs. Free laundry was an amazing amenity.

Late at night a group of kids attempted to open my room door and knocked on my door. The kids wanted to come in my room and sleep. It was reported that night as well as the next morning. The front desk told me this happens at the hotel. Random outside kids walk into the hotel. I didn’t feel safe knowing anyone can walk into the facility late at night. Everything else in the hotel was good.

We enjoyed our staff from our spacious & clean room to the excellent amenities and walk ability to restaurants and shopping!

Great service

I really enjoyed my saty. The choices of breakfast was really good. The facility was clean and quiet. The mall is across the road from the hotel. I will book again during the First in Math Tornament. I had a restful stay. Keep up the good work!!

Este ligar es muy sucio no lo recomiendo si vas con niños huele muy mal y el.personale me informo que hay huéspedes que viven mas de 3 años en el hotel con perros y gatos y que no les guasta servicio de limpieza y por eso los malo olores cuidado y si vas com bebes .camas y sofa bed mal.estado

I felt the place was amazing it was clean and convenient plus comfortable.

Perfect stay for a girls weekend to Albany for the tulip festival. 6 of us shared a two room Suite, double Queen with sofa bed in living room and kitchenette. The layout was perfect for our short stay. Well done Hilton!
