방이 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았어요

회사 워크숍으로 다녀왔습니다. 엘레베이터 입구부터 로비, 식당, 바에 있는 모든 직원들이 친절했습니다. 객실을 여닫는 열쇠는 이용에 조금 불편했지만, 나름 낭만이 있어 나쁘게 생각 들지는 않았습니다. 발코니에 멍하니 앉아 풍경을 바라보며 생각하기에도 좋았습니다. 다시 또 가보고 싶은 호텔.

everything is excellent!

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main train station but great for commuting around. The room was a great size and the balcony was a welcome addition to the stay with beautiful views over the city and the mountains in the background. Having a lounge area and a separate bedroom area was great for us after long days of exploring the city. The bathroom had a door and then a curtain to provide privacy but I found the bathroom very hot as the door prevented the air conditioning from getting in and the window (which was very nice) made the bathroom very hot with the sun beating in. I forgot something in the hotel upon check out and they were so kind and helpful and sent my item to me in Tokyo. Above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Osaka.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in a long time. It was superbly maintained and, because the hotel is boutique, it had the best of everything - food, comfort, amenities and services. The breakfast was absolutely astounding - served as a course meal, although some variety would be appreciated since we stayed for a few days. I will definitely book here again when I return to Osaka.

the best service, better than a lot of 5 stars

Great hotel with exemplary staff. Location was perfect for a first time visit to Osaka.

The staff and property are excellent overall we would stay there again. We found our room a little dated and not well maintained, but did not impact our stay at all.

This was our last stop in Japan (after visiting Tokyo and Kyoto) and we saved the best for last. Our room was gorgeous (great view and spacious) with every amenity I could think of (bubble bath, face products, tea/coffee) and lovely bathroom. In addition to an outside balcony with chairs. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous city view - large windows. The balcony was excellent. The evening happy hour in the lobby is excellent. It is included in the room charge. I’d stay again, need I say more.

Location a bit far from osaka station. Walking time to the major shopping area is about 15 minutes. Staff and cleaniness is at acceptable level.

One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had. The service was one of a kind and they even helped me recover my phone that I left on a train. I can’t explain how amazing this place was from the restaurant on the 10th floor to the views of the city from the room. The mini bar had various kinds of drinks that welcome you to Japanese culture. Considering going back already.

ジャグジーのシャワーが使いづらい。 温度調整もしづらい。 適温の印があると良かった。

ほぼきれいにはしてあるが、冷蔵庫上のキャビネットの角が意外と目立つ場所なのにかなり埃がたまったままになっていた。

This hotel was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We will definitely be back

室内は清潔ですし、スタッフも丁寧で素晴らしかったです。ただお部屋が真っ白なので、カーペットなどの汚れが目立ったのが少し残念でした。
