위치 전망 좋습니다. 룸이 작고 화장실 문이 없어서 불편했고 부대시설이 별로 없습니다.

기대에 비해 별로 였다

Nice quiet and homely

Location is good but comparing to the price , hotel was a bit old and the staff was not that nice.

The location is fantastic and the views are beautiful. Service was mediocre and more than once, calls to the front desk went unanswered.

Great location, nice staff. The room matched its photos and location was perfect, quick walk to the trains and close to other neighborhoods. Having Le Bain and restaurants connected to the hotel was nice and I had no issue with noise being on the 8th floor. The rooms and amenities could just a little updating for such a premium price. Gym wasn't my favorite but fulfilled its purpose for a quick trip. Overall the hotel was cool and I enjoyed my stay, I'd consider returning if there was more incentive in these areas!

we had a couple small issues we called down for help on, and no help ever arrived. But truly wonderful stay in a charming hotel and neighbourhood

We loved the huge bathtub! The room interior was simple, warm, and stylish!

Over charged wrong room after a layover bad service in total

Trippy trendy place to stay. Really fun. Close to lots of activities. Beautiful views from our room .

Ok place. But the rooms were small. Very small. We were there and all parts were cold. We turned ac off and it was still cold. The bathroom was strange with a glass wall between the tub and bedroom. Bed and couch were low too low. Bed was comfortable but couch was not. Strange decor. No consistency. No theme. Everything felt half thought out and disconnected. Subway was 10 and 15 minutes walk.

Have known about this place for years and never stayed. Now I feel we may have missed out. Chelsea cool , perfect service, great vibe overall. Rosa at check in is the best.

Check in process with Vincent was excellent!!! Love the hotel and will definitely be back soon!!!!!

The check-in people and the manager need a refresher on customer service. Closing half the elevators so that the rooftop pool and club can get more people resulting in the hotel guests have to wait 20-30 minutes in a 30-person deep line is not ideal. David who's in charge of luggage was amazing, as well as the cleaning crew.
