전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Rocks Motel

아주 작은 시골마을이라 머물만한 숙소가 많지 않았는데 여러 모텔 중 가장 깨끗하고 좋은 거 같고 아는 비지니스 파트너가 추천해줘서 예약했는데 맘에 들었어요. 깨끗하고 친절한 주인 및 시골 모텔같지 않게 잘 운영되고 있었어요. 공항에서 오는 차편이 없는데 픽업 부탁하면 해주시는거 같았어요. 와이파이도 되고 침구도 깨끗하고.. 근데 그 지역이 전부 지하수를 쓰는 곳이라 물에서 냄새가 많이 나는데 그건 어쩔 수 없다 하네요.^^

Lovely, welcoming staff always happy to help accommodate our needs. Hot showers, comfy beds and all well equipped.

Well setup. Room generally clean. Not sure why the restaurant wasn’t open even though it was suppose to.

One of Charleville's more modern hotels in handy position between railway station a town centre. Clean and spacious units and helpful staff.

Such a lovely room in a great motel. The back and front door to each room was a bonus because it let the air flow through. The pool was lovely and a nice place to cool off in the afternoon. The staff were lovely and helpful. The motel is in a good location at the top of the main street and near the train station and visitor info centre. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were useful in the morning! Great toiletries as well.

Stayed here overnight while in town briefly. Friendly staff who were only to happy to provide information when asked about the town. Clean, well presented rooms. Will be making this our regular place when in town.

A modern motel with good facilities and amenities. Close to shopping and an easy drive into the main street. On the main highway, but still quiet. Friendly staff and an easy check in.

Old building, awkward stairs access and stair lighting at night not working Room aircon didn’t work on cold nights but the room had a fan heater though The room was modern and clean

Managers were rude. Locked the laundry at 6pm while washing was going. Wouldn’t open it. Said they were doing me a favour opening the laundry at 7am early for me.

The property its self is really good. I did have an issue with a barking dog through the night from one of the properties behind the hotel. I spoke to the manager the next morning who just told me that I should have phoned the police to report the dog...really...! I then needed a copy of the hotel invoice for my company...and that was an issue. So, overall...not a very pleasant experience.
