I want to say the company from ortegal hotel is a scam to tourists, i order ortegal i arrived to mar de plata and the hotel was close they send me to Argentino hotel that is a sisters of ortegal to i will review Argentino hotel, the worst experiences i ever had in my life, i went to mar de plata to celebrate my 20 year of breast cancer survivor and i arrived to the hotel the nasty place was full of mold in roof, wall, and room super dirty , customer services the worst to fix a issues, the 1st night they open my room and stole 800 dollars ,clothing and a bath sponges and they laughed to my face that they are not responsible if u lose something from your room, this argentino hotel should be close up completely is not safe for anyone to enter there. And should have better costumer services. We pay in dollars not pesos they know we were from usa that why they scam us. People be awarded of this company that represent ortegal, and argentino hotel .my lost your gain in experience .
