방음이 전혀 되지 않음. 가격에 맞지 않는 시설. 식당 직원들이 친절하지 않음. 조식 맛이 없음. 화장실 인테리어 완성도 떨어짐. 밤에 밖에 있는 바에서 나는 소리가 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 어려웠음. 밤에 화장실에서 물소리가 나서 역시 시끄러웠음.

절대 5성급 호텔이 아닙니다. 스위트룸이라고 하지만 욕조도 없고 화장실 문은 열고 닫을 때마다 큰 소리가 나고 환기는 안되고. 엑스트라 베드 필요없다고 했는데 날마다 베드가 채워져있어 리빙룸을 사용하기 불편했고. 하루는 쓰레기통이 안비워져 있었고. 또 하루는 어메너티를 채워달라고 했음에도 저녁에 오니 채워져있지 않았고. 직원의 반은 친절했지만 나머지반은 전혀 친절과는 거리가 멀었습니다.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

The staff were friendly and helpful in every interaction. The room was immaculate and very inviting. The common areas were nicely presented, and the "wine o'clock" social hour in the lobby bar was a very nice part of the experience. The hotel itself is in a convenient location for access to public transport, restaurants, cafes and sightseeing.

Our room was a nice size and well appointed. The staff were all really nice. The people in the bar area went out of their way to help us find a seat. The location is great. This was our second visit and we will be back.

The hotel is very classy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the room kept very clean. I especially liked the “turndown” service in the evenings. The incredibly cozy and beautiful room on the 5th floor is a beautiful hidden secret. The best part of Hotel Sanders are the Juno Bakery cardamom cookies. So delicious! My only complaint is that there is no gym in the hotel—it’s a 15 min walk. Otherwise, FABULOUS hotel!!!

Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in.The Sanders is beautiful, clean, homely close to everything you’d wish to see in Copenhagen and the staff were the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced. It was our first trip away from our little one and wanted to treat ourselves and this hotel is a dream. We had a small noise issue night one that we mentioned relatively casually not expecting anything at all. With no hesitation they told us to pack our bags and offered a room change. We returned to a beautiful suite with living room, fireplace and complimentary drinks in the TaTa bar that evening. An amazing gesture that made our short stay even more memorable. We’ve already recommended family who’ve booked for April. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we will be back!

shopping nearby and great restaurants and location but the best thing about this hotel is their amazing staff.
