Beautiful room and very friendly hosts. Literally the only downside was it being next to a busy road when we were sat on the patio. Expensive for 1 night but would return for 2 plus nights..

Lovely place, the hosts are very happy to see you and very helpful. They always want to make your stay better. Breakfast in the garden was great too. Hamper for breakfast went down a treat. Would recommend.

Veldig hyggelig vertskap, behjelpelig på alle vis. Ligger litt vanskelig til om man vil spasere - veien er ikke egnet for fotgjengere, med smale veier og høy fart. Koselig med hester på beite utenfor. Deilig seng. Frokost servert på døren.

Really enjoyed our three-night stay at Linden House. A very comfortable room with a well-stocked kitchen area and a splendid bathroom. Breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was excellent too. I'd strongly recommend Linden house to anyone looking for somewhere close to the Witterings, Birdham, Chichester Harbour or Chichester itself.

The west wing is a nice self-contained property that is situated nicely near to west wittering.

Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und mit sehr nah am Strand West Wittering in sehr guter Lage. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von einer gut befahrenen Straße (die hört man schon tagsüber), ansonsten aber umgeben von Feldern auf denen auch Pferde und Rehe zu sehen sind. Unser Zimmer war sehr angenehm, super bequemes Bett und großes/sauberes Bad. Der Kühlschrank steht im Schlafzimmer, der macht natürlich in der Nacht auch mal Geräusche, für uns war es aber in Ordnung. (Ist halt nicht komplett Still dann) Frühstück wird jeden Tag für den nächsten Tag frisch aufgefüllt und ist mehr als genug! Leider keine frischen Semmeln, aber Obst ist frisch und für uns war mehr als genug dabei :) Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay very rural location but not too far to go for resturants. The room was well equiped and catered for all our needs. The only negative was the choice in breakfast as I do not have a sweet tooth and do not like pastries. A roll and peanut butter etc would have been a nice change. Also when drying my hair i couldnt use the dressing table as it was full with fridge, kettle etc so could not see what i was doing. Lulu and Russell are very friendly and made us very welcome. You have your own door key and separate entrance which is great in this covid world we live in

Linden House was a great place to stay to explore the area - there are lots of paths for walking to the harbour and down to west wittering. The room was spotlessly clean and set up with everything you need.

The standard here is excellent, Lulu and Russell were very welcoming to their lovely home. The location is superb for West Wittering beach. We hope to come back and stay longer next time.

Welcomed at our arrival from the owners. Very nice room with King bed, furnitures in nice relaxing colors, and marine pictures. In the small fridge, fresh milk, Orange juice, fruit, yogurt. Plenty of cereals and biscuits for breakfast and even 2 slices of banana cake Made from Lulu the owner. Free Wi-Fi, notes with pub and restaurant nearby. Big bathroom, with Bath and giant shower head . Own entrance with Keys. Very quiet and relaxing place

Liked privacy and own entrance... more of an annex than a room Helpful and friendly hosts Champagne glasses put in room when host noticed we had a bottle in fridge! Lovely 😊

We liked the situation: not far from the beach. We didn't like the bathroom: too small and no room to move .

Just spent two nights at Linden House and had a wonderful stay. Lulu and Russell are fantastic, they provided you with everything you needed including great restaurant recommendations. All mod cons to have a continental breakfast in the morning were provided and refilled daily. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The property is situated in a lovely area just a walk or a short drive away from the beach. Thank you both for making our stay a pleasure. Danielle & Lawrence

Excellent accommodation, fantastically clean and spacious, exactly what we were looking for!. Lulu and Russel were very welcoming and extremely helpful, giving advice on the local area.. Would definitely use again and very happy to highly recommended.

lovely setting within walking distance of the wonderful Wittering beaches spotlessly clean our bedroom was pretty but overcrowded with funriture including a breakfast table and chairs . I would be happy to stay again but in the larger downstairs room.
