Great value for business trip. The room space is adequate (this is Tokyo) and well thought. There is a sento for guests, helped me relax and soaked in the Japan atmosphere. The design theme is industrial with automated check in/out. Yet the service staff are always available and helpful. The location is perfect, walking distance from Ginza. So it is not in the hustle bustle of shopping area, we can get some peace and quiet. My only complain is the lack of steamer availability (for ironing): there was only one for the entire guests. I couldn't get a hold of it.

The location and for 4 star hotel it is very convinient.

Hotel room was lovely and new! Felt spacious for Tokyo! Short walk to subway, but nice and quiet area to stay in.

Overall a good 5 days stay at the hotel. Good house keeping. Heated pool is value added. Location of hotel is a minus for us but if one does not mind walking 10-15mins from train stations, this hotel is a good choice.

located in the most convinient location, clean, friendly and helpful service. The room is slightly bigger than average with modern minimalist design. I will come back again

Really the best hotel in Ginza with a great location and clean room!

The staffs and the manager were so unsatisfying, they didn't give us the information about check out time and the knocked our rooms ( I booked 3 rooms) and start negotiating about charges and time to check out. ( the hotel staffs ask to pay 2000 jpy more if we checked out later than 10:00 am) but the problem is they said it differently to each room and my own room got at 11:00 am, the other room is 10:30 am, and the third room is 10:00 am and when I get down exactly at 11:00 am, they charge me at 2.000 jpy, they said the rules is 10:00. So what for they come to our room, knock our door and giving the information of check out and set to 11:00 am to my room and apparently the receptionist manager/supervisor (the one who knocked our door) said I don't know and continuously blaming us for late check out and the last they said to us that the hotel will never accept our reservation in the future anymore. w** !

It is highly recommended. Excellent staff. Good location and very clean. The neighborhood is very good.
