침대에서 bed bug가 발견되어 다른 방으로 옮겼습니다. 샤워기에 필터를 바꿔 사용했는데 하루만에 금방 노랗게 변했어요. 위치는 여행하기에 참 좋았으나 오래된 호텔이라 청결함이 많이 부족한 듯 합니다

가족여행으로 편안하고 좋았어요.. 아쉬운점은 객실에 냉장고가 없어서 불편했어요. 친절하고 청결하고 관리가 매우 잘되는 호텔입니다. 매일 아침에 새로구워서 나오는 빵과 조식도 맛있어요^^

위치 편하고 인테리어도 고급스럽고 스탭들도 친절했는데. . . 옛날 건물이어서인지 , 5층이라 그런지 수압이 낮아서 샤워할 때 좀 힘든정도였어요. 호텔 위치가 안쪽에 있어서 처음엔 찾기 좀 힘들었는데 워낙 주변이 번화한곳이라 오래머물기에는 편안했습니다. 다 걸어다녔어요!

전반적으로 구식인 호텔. 그러나 리노베이션으로 깨끗함은 유지하였음. 위치는 도심에 인접하여 편리하였슴.

위치는 매우 좋습니다. 전반적인 서비스도 만족스럽습니다. 조식은 무난합니다.

Beautiful boutique hotel, GREAT staff and location. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, with a beautiful room to enjoy it in. Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation and to calm my nerves as I waited for delayed baggage to arrive. A wonderful stay and I will return! DEFINITELY recommend.

We enjoyed this hotel so much because of the convenient location. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. It’s tucked away in the back street away from all the noise but conveniently located to the city center. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great location. We had family suite with 2 bedrooms. The shower was not in great working condition. The tub was unusable due to water temp.

Located in a perfect location, the hotel is ideal for accessing all of the major attractions in the downtown core! The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your every need. The breakfast is delicious and has much variety! I will be back to stay here the next time I am in Vienna. Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel Karntnerhof for your kindness and hospitality! It was greatly appreciated!

Great location, nice hotel

Excellent location. Helpful concierge. Wonderful breakfast with super friendly service. Ditto for the ladies who cleaned our rooms. Only disadvantage: Bath tub very small and slippery, awkward to get in and out because of the glass door etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay with you very much. Rooms 407 and 408 were close to roof top which we climbed up to several times to have our coffee and relax.

The hotel is located on a side street so it’s very quiet, but right in the centre of the city so it’s very walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! There’s also a rooftop area where you can sit and have a coffee which was really nice on a nice day. I reserved the single room so it was small, but there was a lot of storage space so it was great! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful hotel, wedged in one of those quaint little nooks that make Vienna so irresistibly charming. While the hotel feels secluded, it’s also only a few steps away from all the cheerful hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is tucked away on a side street but convenient to activities and transporation. The staff was very helpful and we were impressed with the breakfast. Also, they have a great 5th floor patio that was nice to hang out on. If you are looking for a quiet, basic, affordable place to stay I highly recommend it.
