Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.

Séjour des plus agréables on a pu se reposer. Le Personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Pour nous tout est fait pour nous aider. La chambre était magnifique et très bien rénovée. La salle de petit déjeuner était faite pour qu’on se retrouve comme à la maison tout a été parfait du début à la fin, on nous a porté même des petits gâteaux pour le coucher du soir et dessus un bon massage très agréable. Cet hôtel est très bien situé parfait pour pouvoir visiter la ville, rien à redire.

Simplesmente espetacular! O Palazzo Sant’Anna é um daqueles lugares que a gente tem vontade de voltar. A localização é perfeita, bem no coração do centro histórico de Lecce. Os quartos são enormes e lindos, o café da manhã é impecável — tudo de altíssimo nível. Mas o que realmente faz a diferença é o atendimento. Eu nunca fui tão bem tratado em um hotel. Desde a chegada, o Alfonso e toda a equipe foram incríveis — sempre atenciosos, prestativos e prontos para tornar a nossa estadia especial, com ótimas indicações de restaurantes e ajuda em tudo o que precisávamos. Me senti realmente em casa. Recomendo demais o Palazzo Sant’Anna! 👏👏

It was all around excellent from staff to food to location. The hospitality and attention to details was wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay here. We were here for 3 nights. We will definitely return here again.

What a gem! The staff (Francesca, Alphonso and Matteo) are amazing!! The rooms are so comfortable and architecturally stunning!! Breakfast variety and presentation is wonderful. This year the addition of the evening aperitifs was appreciated!!

Customer service exceptional. Staff amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Would have been nice to have yogurt as part of the breakfast menu not extra cost but the choices were numerous. Also give cost of room the mineral water should be free of charge. This is quite a small item and it still gave it a 5. Hope management makes this change.

Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!

Excellent stay! Building is beautifully fully restored and well furnished. Rooms are extremely clean, nicely decorated and large. Included breakfast was very good. Great location within walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing - very friendly, helpful, and proactive to anticipate our needs. Highly recommend !!

Gorgeous property excellent staff. Great location!

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in during my lifetime and that includes Paris Ritz, Beverly Wiltshire, The Nelly in Cape Town. The owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; hotel staff couldn’t be better. My only very minor criticism is breakfast buffet could include eggs and yogurt. Otherwise just outstanding!
